    disagree on the training tbh

    I have plans written with various set ups – there is only a limited number of ways I would want someone to train

    so once I have established what I feei is best fo the new individual …I then use my plan and alter a little – ie shift a bit more to the shoulder rather than chest etc etc based on their development and goals – I can then also tailor it to the days they can or cant train – ill alter volume too based on what I predict, their age, experience etc

    then over time I can continue to tailor to suit best …but you cant predict someones MRV etc straight from the off

    new plans need time to be adjusted so they are fully tailored.

    I don’t ask an equipment list as such….as the gym kit is so so varied these days, and most kit is in most gyms…so I say that what I write is optimal and then we go through and make alterations if needed – I wouldn’t include anything specialist in a plan.

    In my view that’s not a generic template, though; there’s a difference between believing in (say) a PPL approach and then altering the relative volume for chest and shoulders (to use your example), based on someone’s pics etc, and simply sending through a stock offseason plan regardless (which I have seen from one very well known coach).

    I think the point about adjusting volume etc over time is completely legit and sensible, and something I overlooked.

    As regards the kit list, I’m not sure I agree that most kit is available in most gyms – especially if you need 3 variations of essentially the same move. And there’s the possibility that someone might have access to something which would be really useful for their physique, whilst someone else might not, so it could be useful info to know. So this is something I’d respectfully disagree on.

    And while I totally agree – from what I have heard and the way you come across – that you are very efficient indeed, sadly I’m sure that’s not universally true of all coaches.

    With regard to gym kit list and most gyms having certain kit…

    It really depends on where you live. I’m in a remote location and the gyms here are dreadful so I just have to make do and almost every session I am having to improvise. So for me a gym kit list is useful.

    Are you asking if he’s natural?
    I had to google to see who he was and that is 100% achievable naturally. He’s just very lean which makes his muscle look big.
    In reality he’s no bigger than a leafy bug.
    Gear not needed 100% to achieve this. Clean diet and cardio like a beast.

    Stand this guy next to one of the JP guys on here and you will see he looks like a child.

    50/50 mast/primo is good 2 go for me, but I wouldnt increase mast higher then that in offseason. 350 mast is my upper limit in off (contest up to 700)
    For primo, 350 is the lowest I would take (400 is jordans lower limit, you can watch his primobolan video in the vid section.)
    Start with 50/50 and maybe elevate primo later on up to 75/day. So you get 525/week which is pretty nice.

    My highest primo experience was 1050mg per week. Sounds high but isnt that bad for your body, as for your portemonnaie. But your look changes drastically, primo shows at such high doses its real face. awesome stuff, I love it.

    Injectionvolume is high, PIP isnt bad and I’m very sensitive to PIP. Also depends on the BA amount in your gear. D4Net, Hilma, SP, Magnus worked good for me.

    What dose would you do mate and is primo a painful shot as I’ve heard it is? Also does it need to jabbed regular cos I can only do 2x a week jabs – long esters.

    concentrate contains much more lactose !

    isolate lactose is very little to none, depending on brand

    Ok, let’s be frank about downsides – or potential downsides. 1 question to ask is how many clients a coach has. A coach with a very large number of clients may not always be the most responsive or be able to give everyone the same level of attention – especially if you are a relative beginner and some of those clients are very high profile. To be *very* clear, I’m stressing that’s possible- *not* that every coach with lots of clients is like that.

    Another possible downside is preferred training style or method. Someone who is older with beaten up joints may struggle with, let’s say, a DC style approach. A high volume method might not suit someone with limited time or experience.

    Also question whether all plans are written from scratch or whether generic templates are used. If I was signing up with a coach and they didn’t ask for an equipment list at my gym, that would ring alarm bells.

    I have always sent enquiry emails whenever I’ve been interested in working with someone. I don’t expect essays in response but I’d be needing a reasonably detailed and prompt reply to part with my hard-earned.

    Finally, contact current or previous clients and find out what they have to say. I’d be perfectly prepared to offer honest reviews of anyone I’ve worked with, albeit in a private context and not on a public forum.

    This is nothing like cream of rice at all, super grainy and tastes like ass!!

    My suggestion would be to try CSN ‘Cream Of Rice’, This is the real deal and maple or vanilla flavour is awesome,

    Texture is super smooth and tastes epic, especially with frozen fruit (Raspberries, Blueberries) On top,

    My advice by the real deal stuff, Its life changing bud!! ????

    Ground rice is £2 a kilo. Guess it depends on your budget.

    Imo oats are too slow digesting for pwo. Use a rice based cereal or some other fast acting carbs then ppwo eat what you want.
