I personally would get bloods done, there’s no harm in seeing where these are at and whether there’s any potential reasons leading to this fatigue you’re feeling. Regarding other elements , is your job demanding a lot of the time? as you mentioned you do deliveries sometimes – how often is sometimes? (I’ve previously worked in warehouses where the output is huge, so I can appreciate the tiredness stemming from this possibly ) How about your diet, whats this look like? can you write it out for us to see please. If your day to day output is high then you might need to adjust those cals – especially carbohydrates IMO, but the reason I ask for it to be written out is purely because it might be lacking in variety and important micronutrients that can help with energy levels etc – so be sure to write this out. As you can imagine , the more information the better!
A week later I feel so much better adjust my macros still within my calories i just lowered my protein fats n upped carbs by 50-100g daily feel n I guess look like more pop to my muscles 👍👍

Thanks guys i aware about digestion and feeling better eating clean vs dirty im purely asking in terms of body recomping will eating 250cal over maintenance whether that be dirty or clean have a different affect to my look or will it be the same as the total energy balance would be roughly the same .

Another question I have is I always believed in days off from training ( recovery day) I tend to eat the same amount of carbs as I have always thought in my head that the nutrients from consuming carbs would be readily available at its peak a day later ?

Hello mate, I wouldn’t stay lean lean lean if you wish to progress, you can’t stay in deficit and hope building muscle though

Cheers I’ve increased my carbs back up to about 220-250carb and about 300c on training days and up fats to about 70-80g and brought down my protein from near 300g to around 230-260g just wondering because upping carbs and fats is that going to have a negative impact on physique i believe withose macros i am still slightly in a deficit as my job is still n the go all day .advices

Hey buddy, you look pretty lean here so I would definitely increase your calorie intake and start trying to gain.
