The weight increased now the last 4 weeks from 95kg stage weight to 101kg. I’m feeling good. Sleep gets better day by day and strength goes up.
My Training is very special. For me it works perfect and I absolutely love it.
I train twice a day. One quick session with about 1h in the morning, includes one single muscle hitting hard with 6-8 sets and after that 30min of cardio. So 1h in total.
In the afternoon I train my bigger muscle groups.
I tested a lot of things by training fasted in the morning.
Right now I just get hydrated after waking up and 15-20min later training starts.
During training and cardio I have some electrolytes and straight after jumping down from my cardio bike I drink my morning drink with EAAs, Glutamin, Creatin, Collagen, some lemon and ginger.
20-30min later I eat my first meal which includes:
-Oats
-Corn flour
– Egg whites
– blueberry’s
– almond butter
What do you think about nutrien intake and supplementation by training in the morning??
Last season, further in the offseason I had my morning drink straight after waking up, did my training + cardio and after that I had a shake with Rice flour and whey before meal 1. just to be sure to stay anabolic 😃
