Rest day for me today, usual client work this morning, electrician appointment for new light fittings in the house, then I’ve baby sat my niece for a few hours and went to the park with her, it was lovely!

This evening we put the dining table together, it was so nice to be able to eat at a dining table!

Some more work, then we chilled on the sofa with the dogs 😁

45 degree hyper

Lateral raises

Still feeling under the weather so decline session again, tomorrow is rest day then hopefully feeling much better!

Usual client work, cardio, dog walk etc training, strength has picked back up nicely. Just about maintaining upper now really, but I’d like a little more delt and arm to be honest!

Glutes for me today! I had to make sure had a really good warm up and a couple more feeder sets due to left glute giving me a little grief. It’s something that flares up quite frequently but I just have to manage with it. I’ve had it ever since I tore my piriformus years ago when I dance. Then I’ve had it ever since.

This evening I have been to see my friends and her baby, it was so nice, we went for a walk and then just chatted and caught up.

Then I have met my friend for a coffee, been to a furniture shop and bought some bits for the house. More clothes sorting and putting another rail up, these will do until they fit the new wardrobes.

This evening me Nathan have been to the cinema to watch redone, it’s was an easy watching Christmas film 🧑🏻‍🎄
