Our second day at the lakes and we have driven to a few different spots it’s been lovely! We went for a dip at wastwater and connerston, Effie has been so good too! Which is a bonus 🙂 lots of steps again which is great!

Hey guys!

We’ve had a lovely day in Cumbria, we went down Derwent waters and me and Emma both went in for a dip, lots of steps, waited walks everywhere with Effie in the carrier and my rucksack on, my lower traps are in bits now, but no doubt we will be doing it all again tomorrow 😁

This evening we went to a Thai restaurant and I had rice, chicken and cashew nut stir fry, it was lovely!

Today I travelled to the Lake District with Emma and Effie, it took us a long time to get here with lots of traffic , but that’s ok 😁

I was supposed to train legs this morning but I didn’t have have time due to client work and getting Effie sorted, so I will be resting now until Sunday!

Looking forward to starting a tidy up phase when I get home 🙂

I would strip the load back and see if the pain still occurs, try engaging your lats and core more, but if not I would get booked in with a physio and find out what the root cause is

I don’t generally use fat loading, I much prefer a front or linear load of carbs, find the look then increase fats to hold , but every single peak may be different

Hey guys! Busy productive Monday!

I’ve been finding resting on a Monday fits in better with my check ins and Effie, soon I will probably be able to go back to training Mondays, but right now it is better resting!

Managed to get lots of stuff sorted as we go to Sweden on Wednesday so lots to do to make Sue we have everything, had to get travel cot etc as air b n b didn’t have, you have to take lots of stuff as a bodybuilder, never mind with baby too 😅
