    Old thread, but anyways:

    If single dosing t3, taking it pre sleep is better. Looking at your natural circadian rhythm of t3, it spikes in night to fire cortisol production for the morning, where cortisol should be the highest.

    I have done a few cycles like that. My last one was 500 test with 1750 nandro, felt awesome.

    I no surprise with 2250mg total 😀 but in my case I wanna keep the test as low as possible to keep hair loss minimal so I don’t think it’s comparable tbh

    Thanks mate. Found something with higher deca, but nothing with test <250mg. Will search again.

    My last cycle was 200mg test and 700mg deca… best cycle i ran ever. No sides, best gains with good amount food, no AI.

    Sounds good. How long did you run this and how much weight did you put on? How big was your caloric surplus?
