Love it, it’s pretty much identical to the approach I’ve always taken so was curious if it was for the same reasons! Makes perfect sense with the health supps too, thanks for the speedy reply! Are you planning to increase the fat ratio when the show treat business comes around, to allow for testing and quality control haha? ????

I love how the guys in here are always on hand to ask questions when stuck Haha! Here’s one, so it looks as though you tend to favour (or Jordan does) a lower fat ratio when it comes to later phases of your prep, is this for recoverable capabilities, digestion, to reduce gastric emptying of meals? Always been curious when I see a dip below 30g! Smashing it as always and extremely excited to see the rest of the log this prep though Corinne, continue to be physique goals for us gals Haha!

Ah that’s confirmed what I suspected then, wasn’t sure if this was a result of supplementing with creatine, which was introduced 10 days before testing.
It was a heavy push session before bloods done so a good chance the LDH is raised by that as you’ve.
Will adjust the iron supplementation accordingly, thank you so much for that.
Can always count on your sterling words!
