I’m going to as many bjj sessions as I can a week ( 4 atm ) , lifting as hard as I can when I lift ( 3 times a week) , going at the fitness as hard as I can when we do that at end of each lifting session . I want to compete 4-5 times this year , nutrition i auto regulate based on feel , main goal : am I getting better each week in class / in our 1-1 , drugs I will be on dr monitored trt pretty soon. When I come to compete I will probably come in a bit lighter ( leaner ) actively via caloric reduction as it will be easier fitness wise , but only like 7-8 pounds. Once I can recover to do doubles bjj I will , don’t see Myself ever recovering to do doubles on days we lift + cardio . Secondary goal by comps, still be stronger than most bb

Decision making is pretty simple, just work harder is pretty much the decision

Hello Jordan, I just see the video “big leg day” and you talk about weight the short or the length in the range of motion but, how can I do that in, for example, ham curl if I don’t have any Prime machine?
