Hey Jorge, I think the most important thing here is to pick one and stay consistent with it. To be honest I prefer and have always done – meat and carbs dry/raw weight

rest day today!
Morning cardio done this morning 25 mins on the x trainer π love my morning cardio on rest days it really sets me up for the day π today I had tog go shopping for some smart clothes as all of mine I left in London (whoops hahah) as tomorrow is step 1 interview for the visa process! im nervous but so so so so excited that soon this will be second home!!
tomorrow is pull which I love!! I will also be getting treatment tomorrow as I am feeling a little stuck on my left side and hips

fasted morning steps – 4500 I have 3 different routes that I can hit this target, either 3 laps around my apartment complex, walking to the park and hitting a lap, or walking to Starbucks to get my coffee and walking home.
we have made it so that i’m not having my coffee too close to my morning supps of clan + yohimbine etc

Hey Peter, the TBJP COR mixes so wonderfully, so im not sure how you might be prepping it! I prep mine the same way as Megs mentioned π it makes it such a nice texture and adds volume also

What an amazing July 4th here in Houston!! And itβs been a rest day! Started the day with my 25mins cardio and had 15k steps to do today also!!
Had a pool day today which has been so lovely and chilled!! Feeling nice and rested ready for training again tomorrow!! Push tomorrow πͺ

Leg day today was such a good one!! Firstly due to minimal knee pain and foot pain so that made me happy and secondly because things felt good! Really getting into the swing of our new training split now and exercise selection!
Weight was slightly down today for check in and was actually happy with the visuals! Time to keep checking the boxes and moving forward!!

Evening all! Rest day for me today and a lovely one it’s been. Was up and out early getting some steps in this morn before heading to the 2bros regional this afternoon with a few of the Team Evolution girls, as one of our girls was competing and she took home the overall figure award today!
It made me super excited to get back on stage watching the girls up there today, and I’m starting to count down the days to the next dance nowπ
After the show I had a wonderful posing sessions with @rheagayle making some tweaks based on the Head Judges feedback from my show & feeling so much better heading into the pro qual!
This eve I’ve just chilled & watched Avengers. Ready to get back in the gym tomorrow for my top up day (delts, back, chest). Also checking in with Tom again tomorrow, so will report back on any changes!! X

rest day today!! feeling a bit beaten up today from pull and treatment yesterday! but epsom salt bath and plenty of hydration has been happening today!
today I had online posing clients, meal prep and getting things ready for tomorrow! legs tomorrow, check in day and im looking forward to it!!

Hey Sergio, something like this will be difficult to calculate as fats would come from the meats in the soup etc so would be difficult to know how much in each serving accurately, now if it was something you prepped separately so you knew exact amounts etc but if not i would just remove it tbh

pull day today!! good session in the books today!! still adjusting to SLDL’s even thought they used to be a staple of mine, building these back up to execute these again π I also had some treatment post session which was WAY over due!! been struggling with tightness through my pecs and also upper back so to have these released and then pose was so much better!! I try to get in with Ryan weekly during prep to keep things moving! Also mobility is a staple in my morning routine which is key to making a difference as well!!
doing everything this prep to be that 1% better each and every day!!
