    Had a pretty devolume pull today, saw it as an opportunity as well to really work on the pointers set by kuba especially in this session!

    This morning I had a posing client getting ready for amateur Olympia Alicante this weekend which is exciting ?

    Plan for this evening is again to rest my knee, ice it and early night! As tomorrow is a busy day, rest day but busy for posing ?

    Hey Connor, really sorry to hear about this!! I would definitely go to see a reputable physio or sports therapist and get down to the bottom of this issue and then you can have a plan in place for rehab! Also supps wise, if you aren’t already I’d make sure to stock up on TBJP nutrition – Join IN, Cure Coming, Oh Mega V and Oesto Pro

    It could potentially be the regular pasta I’ve been having as my last meal, potentially my stomach cannot tolerate it anymore so I’ll switch this out for a gluten free pasta and see if that helps and if not then I’ll most likely invest in digest pharma pro

    Another rest day ordered today, didn’t get in to Houston until around 1am this morning from my flight from Atlanta! We are happy with the visuals however from today’s check in!

    Today I had posing clients in the morning and then this afternoon is being spent meal prepping and really getting some rest before we start the week tomorrow! Tomorrow will be another devolume session of pull before we reassess everything in our check in on Tuesday

    Had a really good sleep yesterday! And I NEEDED IT!! Yesterday was a bit of a struggle! But today was the NPC titan clash posing seminar which was amazing!! It was so nice to have a mixture of NPC athletes and pro athletes! Also getting to pose a mixture of figure/wellness/classic/WPD/bikini!!

    It was another rest day today, and I will be flying back to Texas this evening and should be getting home around midnight, where it will be straight to bed and resting up for tomorrow!

    Tomorrow will be the last of the de volume training sessions and then Tuesday we will get back on the wagon ?

    Hey Luca,

    First thing would be to get the starting position in a better place for a cut so you can give yourself time but not be running yourself into the ground from the jump! Of course getting shredded will be uncomfortable but by utilizing better food choices (ones you actually enjoy), refeeds and diet breaks when needed can be useful tools to help

    Hey Dennis, it seems as though you have highlighted where the mistakes would have been made. As Kiera mentioned this won’t be genetics but more of the case of not allowing yourself substantial time in a calorie surplus or a execution with training

    I wouldn’t say essential, but very beneficial!! There many people like deep tissue or a massage either! Doing things like mobility, active recovery and stretching are also key factors

    Had a 3:30am start this morning as my flight to Atlanta was at 6am!! All meals packed and wasn’t a too bad flight!! I’m in Atlanta this weekend for an NPC posing seminar which I’m really looking forward to!

    Today and tomorrow are rest days, i fly back tomorrow night getting back to Texas around midnight, then back in for pull on Sunday ?

    15 weeks out tomorrow and time is FLYING!!

    Push day today, and another devolume session! Todays step count is 12k – with the slight reduction I’ve definitely felt my knee has been less inflamed so this combined with the devolume, I think come Tuesday we will be fresh again and ready for the next push!!

    This morning I have had some online posing clients, some of which are competing next weekend which is super exciting ?

    Then I will train this afternoon followed by packing for my trip to Atlanta for the NPC posing workshop which I am super excited to be part of!

    I wouldn’t be too harsh on yourself. I would just go back to your original plan with a little more movement as this will help digestion and bloat.

    Was it a 1 day binge or was it a longer period?? but as Ryan and the team have said, honestly the best thing to right now would be get back on to plan, keep fluid intake up, and implement steps or baseline cardio to help with digestion

    Hey David, when I lived in London all I would drink was tap or run it through filter but now in the states I drink purified bottled as the tap water doesn’t taste great. But many will drink bottled due to the impurities in tap water

    Rest day today ?

    It’s been a lovely chilled day today! Today was Megs last day here ? it’s literally been the best time having her here!! This morning before we went to the airport we went to a mall to look around and then headed to the airport!

    This afternoon I have been resting up and icing my knee!

    We are currently running a devolume over the next 3 sessions and lowering steps over the next coming days, already with the reduction yesterday and today my knee isn’t feeling as aggravated!

    Hey Benjamin, if it fits where you are finishing your workout and that is your last meal then that is absolutely fine! If everything digests well and you sleep well then I wouldn’t change it ?
