    eat foods in which you enjoy and foods in which digest well for you!! No food is essential, you can choose food within the food groups in which suit you best

    legs today!! im really looking forward to this session!! good nights sleep last night, and the feeling I was getting last week has gone especially since getting treatment!

    todays Leg session will be:

    Lying hamstring curl

    Leg extension

    Banded smith squat

    Paused banded Leg press

    Dumbbell Walking lunges

    Adductor

    hanging leg raises

    calves

    Hey William, Jordans advice is bang on here, you seemed to have built up a tolerance to it and I would for sure say a break from caffeine for a bit should help this. In the mean time I would use stim free such as the JPre Pump!!

    rest day today!! pull was a good session yesterday and back to sending Kuba form checks so I can get feedback and improve the next rotation. Not really much to report today, taking each day as it comes, I have posing clients this afternoon, getting meal prep done for the next couple of days and more packing taking place for the move to Texas. 🙂

    Hey Andreea, in agreement with above, post workout massage isn’t a bad thing depending on how aggressive/intrusive the treatment is, I tend to get mine on a training day in the evenings after a session so that I can fully rest the next day feeling ready to train again however not usually on the body part that I would have just trained. If its an intrusive treatment I would look to get it done where you are resting and time to rest after

    check in day today!! weight still holding this week so we will do a weight check in on Thursday and then again full check in on Sunday and maybe make more changes! All in all im feeling happy and really excited for this!! training has been well this week! last full week in Florida until we move next week x

    Hey Nick, definitely agree with the above here, if you can then as hilly mentioned having a shake with a banana and then on the way to the gym start to consume your intra. For carb powder both TBJP nutrition Sustain and performance fuel are fab products

    Check in yesterday, I wasn’t too mad about! I think a lot of overthinking the prior week but after talking through things with Kuba, stress its low low low and taking each day again as it comes without being a stress head haha!! today is rest day, online clients done this morning and then will spend sometime packing as we move to Texas next week and once all is done for the day it will truly be a a day of chill ready for pull tomorrow. Some changes that we made yesterday was increasing steps which is now at 14k

    sometimes when it is actually boiling and then sometimes once its done while fluffing it up

    better morning this morning and a solid nights sleep. This morning I have online and 1 in person posing client which will be nice. Feeling better in my head this morning for sure!! Big goal this prep is to not just let the wheels fall off in my head and get into a negative headspace. this has been something I had been working on in offseason which im planning on bringing it into this prep

    rest day today!! legs was great yesterday and also felt so much better from getting treatment yesterday. this morning I was real bummed as weight is up again when the goal for this week was to be under a certain number. The past 2 mornings I’ve been waking up feeling heavy (don’t know if anyone has had this before, weird sensation) Not too sure what’s going on, nothing has changed this week so unsure as to why things are heading north rather than south but either way not going to be stuck in a negative headspace about it! Anyways still work to be done!!
