Been a busy morning this morning, with online clients and getting people booked in for the rest of the month, trying to make sure everything is organised before I move to Texas to keep stress at a minimum š I am so excited to make the move!!
today is pull 2! clients done for the day so heading to train shortly š after the rest at the beginning of the week I am just feeling so much better with energy levels and session readiness which is just what I’ve needed š x

I think yes, eating crap for a duration will lead to feeling like crap, training like crap etc which will impact recovery and lead to injuries in turn but I don’t think eating a bag of sweets pre bed would lead to injury in the morning, maybe you triggered them training or moving in a different way perhaps??. But having sweets a post workout can for sure work

First week on prep done ā weight this morning was 68.8kg and feeling good and happy!! This week steps were very high due to being more active while my sister has been in town! Which has been amazing! But recovery has been down due to being a lot more active over the week and in my rest days! So today and tomorrow is full rest only hitting my 12k steps and no more! And then check in again with Kuba on Tuesday!
Another thing this coming week is to up my fluid intake to 5l minimum to make sure that Iām hydrated as this again affects so much how I feel and function

Hey Jack, so definitely agree with the above here, I would try to reduce your step count slightly and see how that goes and then think about making an adjustment to your food
