Hey, so I definitely agree with the team here. I would try to have an intra workout carb like cyclic dextrin, I would give either the TBJP nutrition – Performance fuel or sustain π

last de vloume session today which is hamstrings π everything is feeling good again now! check in this morning weight dipped again but no stress and staying out my head!! today I have a few posing clients around training and then this afternoon will spend time just chilling and getting ready for a busy day of clients tomorrow

yesterdays check in feedback was positive from Kuba, and snapped me out of my little neg head space! plans for the next few weeks is to make sure everything is on point ready to start prep, like training, routine and also sorting appetite! Gahhh I am feeling really excited for the season upcoming and just seeing what we can do and what we will bring!! I literally can’t explain how happy I have been the past 5+ months with what we have managed!!

clocks changed in the night over here which threw me a bit through a loop haha! but today was check in day – weight this week has dipped into the low 70s but today was 70.8. Appetite this week has been a little up and down but just been trying to get food in as im at that point where this week I have been a little negative about self image, been feeling a little like a weed this week but not going to dwell on it and just focus on the bigger picture x

Ah no worries at all!! Thatβs great that you already use that product!!I think an issue that you may run into with seeking a collagen product is they are usually animal based, but Iβm sure that there will be a few in which a vegan ?

went back to training yesterday – done a push devalue yesterday and things felt good! definetly feeling in routine now with things – especially sleep. normally when I’ve come to America I don’t usually have jet lag but this time round its been hanging around but with forcing myself to stay up a little later has meant that my wake up time is more reasonable haha! and its a wake up time that I feel good with π today we rest and then tomorrow we go back in for training

a much better sleep last night, went to bed a better hour rather than 6pm haha and rather than waking up at 3/4am, I woke at 5am and felt good and ready to start the day. biggest thing since being back has been trying to get a good sleep schedule and sorting all my stuff out. I think today we will go back to training and see how we go!

Day 2 here in Florida, I woke up at a better hour this morning and one that I will probably try to keep towards! Spoke with kuba this morning to updated him with how I have been feeling since arriving! We are going to run another day of rest today, make sure fluid is in, food is in and Iβm feeling genuinely good! Definitely felt like last night I had a better sleep as well!
Today Iβm starting back with posing clients which Iβm looking forward too!! I have 3 booked in for this morning ? and then I will be sorting myself out again ?

Hey Daniel, as Meg mentioned if it was after one session try not to strike it out completely!! It may be an off session! Also with form, this could have a factor, where you may want to strip it down and build it back up again! Could be quite a few factors in which have led to it feeling stuck/stalled
