Completely agree! Get back on plan with reduced carb intake, keep water high and keep moving and train hard

I agree with Jamie here! I would count protein, fats and carbs from the main sources / whole food and not get too caught up with the trace

Rest day today! It’s been a busy one! Sorting out a lot of admin and planning my journey to the Olympia! I highly doubt that the travel restrictions will ease by October so looking for a country to live in for 2 weeks before! But taking it my stride because we have done it once before and will do it again and whatever it takes to get there!! Xx

Push today was a good one!! Numbers progressed which made me happy and everything felt good!! 10k steps done and posing clients today!!
My back is feeling much better and little to no pain when moving around! Looking forward to pull today! X

Today was rest day for me, back was feeling a bit better today which is a bonus that its nothing sinister!! looking forward for jumping back into training tomorrow with push!! xx

Legs done today!! Session started well but twinged my lower left side slightly which out a hindrance on the rest of the session!
Lots of tiger balm and stretching when I got home ready for rest day tomorrow! I don’t think it’s anything sinister but I’m hoping it gets better quickly so I can push on

HIIT can take a hit on recovery but if you recover well from HIIT then pop it in ?

Rest day today has been wonderful! Definitely feeling a touch sore from yesterday’s session so started my day with mobility and a sessions with my tens machine ? 10k steps done, posing clients and chill ?

If you are looking to gain I wouldn’t reduce cals as such on a rest day, as hilly said you grow on rest days as well 🙂

Had a few days of feeling quite poorly, slowly feeling better and really utilised my rest day yesterday. Today I have push which I have been doing at MuscleWorks! Checked in this morning, weight has had a jump.
So far this morning I have meal prepped, stretched and responded to enquiries for posing and coaching, meal 1 has been eaten and then I will now head out on a walk for some steps 🙂
All in all other than feeling a bit run down, things are feeling okay 🙂 xx

Legs done today!! I woke up this morning feeling rather run down, so trained a little later in the day with the hope I would feel better but I didn’t! Even though I felt rough today legs was a good session some reps and numbers improved today x
