I agree here – a good 20 mins a couple of times per week, to keep up cv health, maintain body comp and also keep things moving with digestion when food is higher

Check in day today and better than yesterday but still on rest until 100%! So a slow day today, got meals in and did take a gentle walk around the community to get some fresh air and movement

Weird start to the day with passing out! Body temp was super high as well as my RHR! Haven’t been able to get it down all week 🥵

I would go to see a sports therapist/Physio to get a diagnosis and action plan for rehab and recovery

Another day of rest and eating today! I feel like I’m through the worst of whatever this is!! It was a 1/2 day at work today which has been nice meaning the afternoon I have been able to spend it really resting 🙏🏾

Rest day today – knees are not happy right now but doing what I can!! Cardio was a challenge but iced straight after so that rest of the day can get my steps in with little pain
Posing clients this morning and have my last one at 8pm then early night sleep ready for the week
