    As Jimmy mentioned I would have a look at increasing the protein intake from your whey as this does seem rather low

    Finals was an incredible experience and waiting on the final score card to see where I placed but hand on heart walking away one happy sappy ree today!! Feel on cloud 9!!! So grateful for Corinne and what we brought to the biggest stage in the world!! Xxxxx

    OLYMPIA SHOW DAY!!!

    This is how I looked on wake this morning!! I was up at 3am as I had makeup at 3:45am!

    First meal was a muffin (choc chip) and 50g of chicken! We repeated this every 2 hours until an hour pre stage!! Then 2x squares dark chocolate pre pump up for pre judging ❤️

    I was in 2nd call outs this morning in prep judging which placed me within the top 10

    Only the top 10 make it through to finals which has been my dream for the longest time from getting off stage!!

    Pre finals we ran the same meals and most importantly water stayed throughout the day we never cut water!!

    More muffins and chicken but 2.5 hours between pre and finals and lots and lots of resting xxxxx

    2 DAYS TO GO❤️

    Omg I’m soooo excited!!! Feeling happy and positive and genuinely excited!! Final session going down today! Back and biceps! This is an altered session from Corinne wherein we are doing 1 set (2 sets on a couple of exercises) and not attempting reps that I can’t complete

    Then later on today I am heading to Orlando to the host hotel to get settled and ready for the next few days ❤️❤️❤️

    3 DAYS TO GO:

    Today is a rest day and also a packing day as I will be making my way to Orlando tomorrow evening/afternoon!! I think then everything will really sink in 🙂 At the moment I’m feeling okay, the nerves are there but once I’m closer and at the host hotel and see the venue they will for sure spike even more but going to keep my mindset calm and stress free and really really really enjoy this experience!!!

    Normal rest day food today – water aim is 1.5 litres before 11am and then 6.5 from 11am until bedtime

    M1 – 7 egg whites and 1 egg
    M2 – 150g chicken and veg
    M3 – 100g chicken + 3 egg whites + 5g evoo
    M4 – 150g chicken + veg
    M5 – 115g chicken + 1 egg
    Pre Bed – 15g protein from whey + 5 egg whites

    No cardio just my 10k steps 🙂 xxx

    4 DAYS TO GO:

    Cardio stopped today!! And I trained my last delt and arms session ✨ it was a really good session!! Today as cardio has stopped I’ve been focussed on my 10k steps!! I also went to suit maker to help me get my bikini sorted as my bottoms don’t fit me correctly but I’m not going to stress at all!! Going to keep smiling and doing what I need to do to get to the finish line!!

    Diet is still the same at the moment we aren’t making changes yet ✨ tomorrow is rest day! Objective for this week!! CHILL CHILL CHILL ❤️

    5 days to go!!

    Today was my final leg session which I made sure I nailed each movement!! I was really happy to get 165kg for 8 on my stiff legs today!!

    Generally I’m feeling okay, a bit tired but digging deep now to bring the best me to the Olympia ?

    Sooooo, I’m planning on playing it by ear. But provisional plans in place to start dieting beginning of may.
    I would love to compete in November time as I think by the end of the year I may be competitive. However you have to do a 2Bros show as a qualifier. And the only qualifier closest to the time is in September. So I don’t think I’ll be ready in time for then …. but I’ll give it my best shot
