    Wow today really knocked me for 6!! I feel like the whole week caught up with me today!! Felt super tired but 9 WEEKS OUT OF THE OLYMPIAAAAAA!! Eeekkkkkk!! Even though I have felt super tired today this is the best I have physically felt post show so I am very excited for this prep leading into the Olympia xxx

    Rest day today!!! And will be my first day on my new rest day foods which I am really excited about!! We have kept in cardio on a rest just at 40 minutes and 10k steps as well!!! Xxxx

    Good push session today!!! As well as adding back in steps at 10k but zero direct cardio at the moment!! Loving my new food plan at the moment!! And feels good to be back! Eyes forward and focussed hard on bringing the best version of me to the Olympia xxxx

    We are now 3 days post show and I’m still n cloud 9!! BUT more than focussed on the next 10 weeks of bringing an even more improved ree to the stage!! Yesterday was different, attempting to macro track as this is genuinely something I haven’t done before but it was nice to fit things in to jazz my meals up lightly hehe!!

    I am so excited for the lead up now to the Olympia!! And what we can bring!! My main concern is the travel but I am hoping that very soon we can get clarity of a plan of action to know how we can get over the the states and may eve head over sooner rather than later!!

    Nevertheless EEEEKKKKKKKKKKK Olympia Prep starts today!! Lets do this xxx

    Hey Philipp, as Kevin mentioned I would try not to weigh yourself every day especially in a push up phase. I would try maybe 1-2x per week weight on a day which you know will be consistent so when you know you aren’t up super early or having to eat much later at night 🙂

    Where do I start with what happened yesterday!!! First pro win AND a ticket to the Olympia! I am literally lost for words!! Show day was absolutely fantastic in terms of peaking and protocol!!! I honest,y couldn’t be happier!!!

    So today we had a day off plan to eat and enjoy some food – I had some breakfast, a burger for lunch and some waffles

    Tomorrow Corinne has sent me some macros for 6 meals and then Wednesday OLYMPIA PREP STARTS!! I am so excited to get started and work hard on improving again into this show xx

    Great day today 1 day out!! We’ve had carbs flowing nicely throughout the day and even increased 4 meals post check in!! I’m super excited to get on stage tomorrow !! Nerves have kicked in well and truly but now time to enjoy every moment of it!! ❤️

    Hey guys!! We are 2 days out OMG yay!!! Today diet was the same that we have been running!! I trained my last pull session today and really chilled off my feet!! Tomorrow we start on some carbs and I’m so excited to see how we start to look xxx

    Last day here in the U.K. before heading to Spain tomorrow!! I’m actually so nervous now!!! But need to keep my head on these shoulders!!! Everything is falling into place now which is super exciting ? can’t wait to see the final look now xxxx
