Check in day ✨
So last check in on Sunday 16th I was 63kg this morning I was 62.2kg ? we are now checking in every other day!!
We made a few diet changes Sunday which seem to have unlocked another level !! Time to keep pushing!!

Ooo this is hard as I can’t pin point just one thing!! everything has been a big change since working with Corinne and Jordan, from food, the way I train, cardio + steps – everything! I think all together the approaches and minor details have made for the biggest difference ❤️ xxx

Good morning!!
Today was another check in day as we are still at every other day! Weight is down 1.4kg from Thursday ? I feel much better in myself now and a bit more comfortable! I was struggling with the heat and my sleep which in turn was causing me to feel really stressed out!
Today I have a posing day from 10-3pm and then I will he training Pull! Which will be completing my second rotation! This new split has been amazing!! Recovery is much better and able to hit legs feeling fresh! Numbers have been better this week across all sessions ??

Hellow… how Many weeks out you are, and how Many calories you eat?
Hey Fernando, so I am now 8 weeks out as of tomorrow! I actually never calculate my calories when in prep or offseason I simply follow the meal plan given to me ?

Really good session today!! Trained push!! Finally my high incline DB press is moving well again!! 24kg for 9 so next rotation I will look to take it up a notch again!
I always find that on push my progression isn’t as quick as my other sessions mainly due to the smaller muscle group but today’s session made me smile ?
Feeling strong in sessions and happy with how the log book is progressing ?

I’m finding this prep much better!!
Still have my doubtful days but this is a natural for me in prep!!However in comparison to the Arnold’s everything feels better!! Stress much much lower, cardio at this stage is lower and food is still at a good amount!! Really really enjoying this process!! Will definitely keep you updated more with how this prep is going ❤️

Good morning today was check in day! We check in every other day now!! Also have a pull session today which is being filmed for the site!! Love getting content for you guys!
Changes will include after today’s check – increasing fluid intake!! I’ve been hitting around 4l and really feeling it in my body that it’s not adequate enough so we are increasing it xx

When on prep and offseason my steps vary! At the moment I am doing between 10.5k and 11.5k depending on a rest day or training day
If you feel like doing 10k is good and helping you then that should be no issue and it doesn’t hinder recovering from sessions 🙂

Offseason I think it’s good to keep some steps in there and stay active to help with digestion and appetite but in terms of direct cardio in offseason I would keep this minimal so you have some tools to utilise in a prepping phase

Rest day today!! Also getting treatment today on my lower back!! Trying to keep up with treatments at least every 10 days!! Currently doing my 60 mins cardio on my bike and then I have 11.5k steps to hit throughout the day xx

Push went down today!! Everything felt pretty good today!! Hitting numbers more comfortably than before my devolume week!! Feeling so excited about training and ready to push on now for the next 9 weeks x
