Rest day today!! Been a lovely one!! Had some posing clients this morning and then an interview with MD Global Muscle this afternoon!! Got my steps in, and around these things and finished them by a walk to see my dad and sister ❤️ back to training tomorrow ?

You can either weigh them, and like Jamie said around 100 – 150g or you can go by eye 🙂 which ever you choose I’d just be consistent with it 🙂 xxInstagram - @rheagpt

Had an awesome leg day today!!! Finally got my 100kg paused squats for 7 ? literally can’t wait for gyms to open in 2 weeks to be back to full training!! But still progressing with what I have access to which has been amazing and super grateful for!! After a positive check in yesterday I am really motives for the week ahead!! Rest day tomorrow ?

Rest day today and check in day!! Training has been so good at the moment loving it!! Body has felt a bit battered this week but all is well and really utilising my rest day again!! Steps are at 11k today and fasted cardio was 40 mins on my bike!! Positive check in feedback today! Let’s get ready to press on another week xx

Greens powders can be good to get those micronutrients in especially if you aren’t a huge veg eater or as Jimmy mentioned in offseason when your food higher and you may look to reduce volume 🙂 There are some good tasting greens powders out there too x

had such a lovely day today!! Headed up north today to film a session with the beaut Megs, also to have a lovely catch up as we havent seen each other since January!! We hit a pull session today and it was an awesome session!!Felt so good to use some good equipment – my personal fave the prime pulldown!! (smooooooootttthhhesssssttttttt travel path when pulling my goshhh) hehe also hit stiff DS RDL 170kg x 8 which felt so good!! Had such a good session!! xx

Rest day for me today!! currently on my bike getting my cardio in 🙂 treatment was really good yesterday and feeling so much better for it this morning!! spending today giving my pup plenty of love and cuddles when he gets back from the vets this afternoon!! And then I will pack and prep to get ready for heading to Rotherham to see Megs! I can’t wait xx

Good morning!! Training legs today!! Favourite session at the moment! Once I’ve done legs i am heading to lancing to get some more treatment done on my back and hips!! Which I am also excited about as I have been a bit stiff and sore this week xxx

today has been a tough one!! my old boy isnt doing too well again!! Its such a horrible feeling knowing that I cant fo anything to help help feel better!! All i can do is tell him how much i love him and give him lots of cuddles and kisses!! I really hope he gets through this!!
Other than having a bit of a stressful day! It was rest day today! I done my morning cardio and got my steps in and finished them off this evening to also help clear my head xxx

Upper session for me today!! We slightly rejigged our training split to accommodate filiming content next week which I’m super excited about doing with megs!!! Going to be fun we will also be on the livestream together Wednesday as well ????✨

Had such a good leg day yesterday!!! Got some PBs which im super happy about!! BB Paused squats @ 90kg for 9 and smith squats 3 plates per side for 7!! Today is rest day and my god I need it haha!!! It was also check in day!! Weight is up by .3kg this could be that i started my lady cycle yesterday or inflammation from my leg session yesterday! Trying not to be disheartened this early on!! But I am happy with the visuals of this check in! Will update you with my check in feedback xx

I would for sure take a nice steady approach to a cut giving yourself plenty of time and keeping that intensity with training and being super attentive to fuelling sessions around your workout periods x
