I have a foldaway bike from amazon that I used in previous preps which worked well, however I also got a cheap gym membership to the gym near my house for AM cardio and also go out to get steps as well

Good morning!! today is a pull day and its actually one of my favourite sessions!! I have SLDL programmed in which I am really loving at the moment!! Things are feeling good at the moment!! π Gutted about the gym announcement the other day but we have lasted thus far and hopefully mid July will opening for the gyms (fingers crossed) these circumstance won’t deter my current plans!! Time to keep pushing xx

Having someone who understands what you do is such a blessing! Keep her reassured and just be honest about the process and how you may end up feeling (tired/hungry/mood swings maybe) and just help her to understand the process and that it wont be like that forever π and maybe plan something post prep like time away or something (given the current circumstances)

Training day
(7.30am) Meal 1 β 2 eggs 5 egg whites
(10.30am) Pre gym meal, eaten 90mins before β 30g pro from whey, 60g baby rice, 70g blueberries
(11.45am) 15-20mins before β 1 serving of PREpare
(Train 12-2pm) Intra mixed in 1-2litres of water, drink steadily throughout β 25g MPS, 5g creatine, 40g sustain
(3pm) Pwo 60mins after β 150g chicken/turkey breast, 40g rice or pasta, 2 crumpets, 30g jam
(6pm) Meal β 100g 5% fat beef, 3 egg whites, 240g white potato
(9pm) Pre bed β 5 egg whites, 150g fat free greek yoghurt, 50g oats
Rest day
(8.30am) Meal 1 β 2 eggs 5 egg whites
(11am) Meal 2 β 100g 12 fat salmon, 65g white fish
(1.30pm) Meal 3 – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 30g avocado, 130g white potato
(4pm) Meal 4 β 115g chicken/turkey breast, 1 whole egg, 4 rice cakes
(7pm) Meal 5 β 100g 5% fat beef, 3 egg whites, 30g rice or pasta
(9.30pm) Pre bed β 10g protein from whey, 200g 5% fat greek yoghurt, 10g dark chocolate

eeekkkk i am so excited!!! So its a toss up between two and will probably make a firm decision in the next few weeks!! But they will be in the usa!! Permitting that travel and everything is okay by then xxx

Back to training today!! Push day for me today!! I am also in need for some serious deep tissue on my back and pecs!! I am noticing its getting very tight and my posture is getting worse from being so tight, I am stretching and mobilising but some treatment is definitely needed!! Anywaysssssss we are just under 15 weeks out and I couldnt be more excited for this journey!! xx

Rest day for me today!! Also heading out to do a food shop in a bit for a few little bits that i seem to use ever so quickly!! step goal is still 10k so i will be heading out for my walks soon as so far i have been in front of my laptop doing work!! 15 weeks out and counting!! Cant wait to get back on stage xx

A good greens powder or supplement would be great also!! otherwise though you could add some beets, spinach, kale and avocado etc π x

Rest day!! Really lovely day today!! Glad the weather has held up today!! Been on my walk to get the majority of my steps in!! Spent time with my step dad and then heading over to see my dad later for Fathers day also!! Slight change in my meal plan and in plans moving forward!! π

Had such a lovely day today for my birthday!! Feeling old hehe!! But had such a good pull session and then spent sometime with the family this evening! Corinne also granted me a meal off which I had some homemade scones for afternoon tea hehe!! Xx
