Rest day today!! LORDDDDD it was needed!! Lower back, hams and lats have been on fire all day haha!!
Meal prepped today as well as going on my little nature walk!! Had a lovely chat with megs today as well!! Canβt wait for restrictions to be lifted to head up to the Mecca of the north to train with her xxx

Pull day today!! had a really good session even got a PB on defecit SLDL 8 reps at 130kg!! so have been a happy ree today with that hehe!! (the little things right)
Last day of meals today so tomorrow is rest day so will be meal prepping and having a chill day tomorrow and getting my steps in π
feeling good at the moment with things and definitley getting settled into a good routine again xx

push day went down today!! felt really good!! Felt a bit of a block again which is really weird, i only seem to get this on a push session!! Today wasnt as bad as its been before so I am hoping next session it is better!! But still improved numbers from last week xxx

Rest day for me today!! Had a really lovely call this morning for a podcast with Bethany π I usually get really shy talking to people but it was really fun π

Hey Clare! Oh yes Iβm so glad to be back home and back into a routine with everything!! I donβt suffer with them too often, the last time I had them severely was back in 2017 but so far this year Iβve had 2 already π my triggers are mainly stress even when I try to trick myself that I am not stressed!

Rest day today!! Its been a really good one so far hehe day isn’t over yet!! But my headache has gone, been in the education section so much today absolutely love it!! I am looking forward to legs tomorrow!! Going to have a date with my lacrosse ball tonight and some stretching!! xx

I use the fitbit and never had any issue with it, use it to track my steps and sleep but may look to get an Oura ring for sleep. Fitbit app is also really detailed π

Better day today, headache still lingering from yesterday!! So had a reduction in my screen time and have rested so much post training today!! Check in day today also, 2.6kg up from last week, we arent freaking out but going to keep an close eye so weight isnt increasing at a rapid weight xx

Had a really good push session today!! But it flipped as this evening Iβve had such an awful migraine! Luckily I got all my steps in before so Iβve been laying in a dark room to help this subside ????

Nailing sleep routines will help! As Kuba mentioned about the Aura rings, i have seen some really good reviews on this and will probably get myself one!!
