Good morning everyone/afternoon in the the Uk!
Today is back to training after my rest day yesterday and I am training Pull!! Going to see how this feels after the work I had done! But feeling good in myself other than my little niggle!

I found the scraping really good! I’m not going to lie though, the sensation made me feel nauseous hahah like the sound and feeling ???????? but afterward I felt amazing and today everything feels good!! I’m a little bruised but the therapist got in there deeeeeep x

Hey everyone! Treatment yesterday was awesome and left looking like I had been attacked by an octopus ???? I had cupping and scraping of my pecs as they were super tight causing me to be internally rotated leaving my scapula winging and unstable hence the back pain and instability I feel when pressing!! I have treatment again next Tuesday! Today for me is also rest day so really spending it chilled out! I’ve done 1 out 2 cardio sessions today!! And I’ll go back to the gym later this afternoon for the 2nd session of cardio xx

Jasmine rice is awesome or Thai rice!! Maybe try adding some more water to it when cooking it! Or even a tad when reheating it 🙂 x

Push done and dusted today to kick of the training week!! I have a niggle in my back which I’m getting treatment on tomorrow!! It’s been affecting me from pressing effectively!! So hopefully he can find the route cause and sort it out for me xx

Doesn’t sound very cool;) Maybe try a warm pack on affected areas and try rolling out on a tennis ball (lacrosse ball hurts). Also maybe if you have someone to do it, I am in love with percussion gun. Great recovery tool????????[/quote]
Hey Aron! Ohhhh yes I roll on my lacrosse ball (ouch) but it’s a love hate relationship haha hurts like heck but helps to release it???? I also tiger balm my back to the high heavens before bed but maybe I’ll try a warm pack too!! XInstagram - @rheagpt

I completely agree with Clare on this one! Especially not beating yourself up about it or trying to out do what has been done! Draw a line and move on! Try to find things that you can put in place to limit the binges, like staying busy, not restricting too much, increasing food volume with veggies etc xx

I have definitely found since working with JP the 5/9 or 8/12 and then the back off of 12/15+ rep ranges have worked a treat x

Good morning everyone!!
Today WE DEADLIFT!! Honestly I had a reality check last legs/pull session!! Although I still pulled 180kg I only managed 3 reps! So now is the time to get smarter!! Humbly lower the weight but keep intensity up and hit the 5/9 rep ranges!! I can run the risk of injury as we are now 7 weeks out xx

Hi Rhea! Loving the videos! I was wondering, what determines if an exercise gets 2 sets or 3 sets? I thought you were doing mostly two sets per exercise, but you had a few in your last vid that got that extra 15-20 rep set.
Hey Noah!! Thank you so much! So JP does my programming and we have a few sets that are just 2 sets and some that are 3! I’m guessing the 2 setters are so I can do ALL OUT! Example my deadlifts – I do 2 sets – 5/9 reps and then 12/15 x
