Upper day today – nevrey pain is still there but manageable and actually had a really good sleep last night!! Working today until 6pm so another evening being able to unwind early and get an early nights sleep

Rest day today! The day started really good, up steps check in cooked my chicken and then got ready for work, put on my shoe and BAM felt like I had been stabbed in my lower back! The worst nerve pain I’ve had!! Got sent home from work this afternoon I’m hoping tomorrow it feels better and it’s just a freak thing

Didn’t sleep well last night so felt a little rough during the day – however had legs today and movements felt good, took my time, still a little soreness lingering from Sundays session

Upper day today – feeling a little beat up today but all in all a good session we have also upped food a touch before we push on hard again which I’m excited for! Locked in and ready to improve my look this season

Rest day today – legs are smashed from training so far this week!! Hopefully getting bodywork this evening after work with in will be a huge help for sure!! All in all just head down and pushing on, keeping stress low, day by day

Got my blood work back and all looks good – Kuba is happy with it 💪 t legs today – my ham is still quite aggravated so will take more warm up sets and keep an eye on it 🙏🏾 it’s just a bit frustrating
