Upper day today – and finally slept a bit better 🙏🏾 another day of minimal steps which is quite hard with work but just means being smart with it

Check in day – weight not moving much/wont as we have added in super supps so we aren’t weighing for 4/5 weeks to keep me sane hahah!
Also working on keeping stress lower as it’s been rather high lately so that is a main focus right now

Leg day today! Good session!! This afternoon we had a private launch at the gym of the new menu and restaurant and also the unveiling of the statue of Sarah’s bow pose in the leg zone which was unreal

Agree here – doesn’t need to be after every meal but heavier meals can help but literally breaking it up during the day between meals can help – as Michaela said find what you can be consistent with and works for you

Upper day today lat focussed – busy work day today as lots of changes going on so will be training later than usual will be this evening!
Legs are hammered from yesterday which is always a good feeling and even though sleep score still wasn’t great I felt better this morning

Rest day today – we made some changes yesterday in check in which implemented yesterday – todays food also slightly lowered which should see some good movement which I’m looking forward to! Either way feeling good where we are this many weeks out but always pushing for better
