if you really want to use an oral i would suggest something like Anavar over the dianabol.
The use of tren later on in the cycle would work no doubt – but i would personally leave the tren for later on cycles or when deep into a prep…where its properties really shine.
You could simply increase the dosages as you progress the cycle instead…eg slightly more test at 6th week mark for example?
some more info on your past usage would be great also bud and some pictures of your physique are always helpful and your age etc.

What was you last dosage you ran bud? i would treat this cycle as a first cycle and start as low as possible – ideally between 300/350mg test only cycle would yeild some great results

If you feel you adding to much weight or fat to fast then your over eating its the simple bud. Weekly checkins with yourself will tell you this..
Many people on this forum will like to reduce calories on rest days…especially calories from carbohydrates..but this is not a set in stone rule…alot of people including myself have had great success actually running higher calories on rest days as these are the days you recover…
If I was you…I would simply drop 300-500kcal from your rest day.. and see how it effects your weekly progress.. and also your recovery…
If you still feel your rate of weight gain is to fast I would remove some more kcal from your training day….and so on.
Ideally in a off season phase a nice weight gain of 1/2lbs a week is great but this will be very person dependent…as PEDS…insulin….growth hormone…etc etc will all effect this number…
If you want more precise help with your diet then post your current plan here and I’m sure someone will help especially with the timings of foods/macros etc…

Is PIP an issue in the delts etc? My TRT is injected into glutes and it’s sometimes causes Pip but it’s manageable.
I rarely get pip in my delts but I use a slin pin in my delts pretty much year round….I often get pip in my glutes so I just try and avoid the area when pinning take your time and do not rush…pinning your gear slowly is better.

Hey pal! I’ve used both but personally I prefer nandrolone decanoate as it’s more mg/ml so less oil to inject and it doesn’t give me any negative side effects. I’m not a big believer in “kick starting” courses with faster acting drugs I just let the drugs do their thing so I would pick one or the other if I was you!
I agree big time with Louis here.
I myself have used both and I prefer the long acting just less headache pinning it….

Hi bud – this is a serious matter i would go to the doctors ASAP and get yourself checked out it most likely will be an infection if your getting pain in that area or it might be something totally unrelated.

Hi Brad – honestly i think for a 2nd cycle 300 test and 300 npp would be a great cycle.
You would be lowering your test compared to your last cycle but the introduction of NPP will see your overall MG over the cycle being higher.
Blood work at the 8 week mark will be great to see where your hormones/test/estro/prolactin etc etc are sitting at and then you could bump the dosages IF needed to make progress.

I would look to mini cut a little longer till your midsection is a little tighter then go onto a long 1 to 2 year off season – you are young so its best to spend time growing – no point doing a contest prep or hoping to step on stage if you are under muscled.

Yes you can run this without insulin – i did for 16 weeks on prep with no issues.

Hi bud what’s your dad’s age?
His bloods are not that bad.
Alt is just over range…alot of people after a course of antibiotics or a heavy night of drinking can have ALT LEVELS of 75+ easily.
Most his reading are just slightly out of range and with some lifestyle changes eg less drinking more exercises and healthier eating could make of these markers even better.
Supplements such
Trainedbyjp love heart – vital support would be great and really be of benefit imo.
A good omega supplement would be great also.
His test levels are low – actually TRT would be of benefit here and would benefit him alot….but these levels could change with change in life style.

If you feel your triceps on the lat cable pull over then change the grip on the pullover to something else.
Or change the weight…lighter…
If your arms locked into the correct position you shouldn’t really feel your triceps in that movement unless your going heavier than you can lift and your form is going off.

you’re right, sry my bad. My goal is to continue to gain muscle mass as I’ve been doing, I’m with 84kg 14%bf, I don’t want to go up more than this bf and if possible go down a little. I was currently doing 500 test E/week 6 months ago and in the last 3 I added 300 Tren E but I’ve already come to the conclusion that it doesn’t make sense to use it and so I wanted something healthier
Within all the other options of compounds, this is what I wanted to use, I’ve already tried some and some I don’t like or give me some anxiety. I feel that one of my problems has been the lack of recovery , until next summer I can only sleep about 5 hours almost every night due to working hours , it is not a solution but it is one of the reasons I wanted to introduce gh , the only one that I have never used
i’m just a gym rat , i have no intention of competing i just want to keep progressing , my way of looking at things is to do things with time , i can lower doses and go up when i feel the need but what I want to use are these compounds , once again I know it is a question that involves a lot but within these 2 options which do you think I can get more,
