    FRANKS RED HOT SAUCE – ENCONA HOT CHILLI –

    alot of the hot sauces are very LOW KCAL per 100ml – encona do one which is actually 7kcal per 100ml and its mega.

    Your test levels are actually decent compared to alot of the shit testosterone readings I have seen recently tbh…

    Yours is under dosed but no where near as bad some I’ve seen lol.

    I know people who have been running 500mg coming back at 30nmol….

    Heard good things about Quanta and the post all lab results. Anybody had any experience?

    These lab results are to old to be relevant now bud – the issues is RAWS – labs are getting hit with good batches then dog shit batches. every batch is different.

    if you have seen progress this way then stick to it bud – i seen no issue or no set rules in training. if it works it works.

    You mentioned you are in pretty poor shape…then you mention that you don’t have massive amount of weight to lose?

    Please explain better or post some pictures of your current physique and look.

    Most people need alot more time than 16 weeks as most are in worse shape than they think…

    A longer prep will allow less fatigue and imo will end up with a better final look.

    I would hire a coach and work with them bud

    No steroids are safe. Its simple as that.

    The one which is most likely to be the Safest will be testosterone as your body already makes this…its not going to be a compound which it doesn’t naturally make eg tren primo decca etc.

    The only person i would recommend for you to message or speak to is @Hilly

    Unlike most he actually has years and years of experience of working in The NHS with people who have eating issues. he has worked with many people like yourself.

    I would look into working with a coach like him as he knows how to deal with things properly.

    My numbers regarding the MACROS might not be accurate but see my thought process on how i have tried to make the food easier to eat so you can get into bed faster and get sleep.

    M1
    25g whey / 1 banana / 125g berries / 9g almonds / 19g almond butter / 22g peanut butter
    33g pro / 30g car / 27g fat

    M2
    90g rice raw-weight / 150g chicken-breast / 100g veg / 12g sunflower-seeds
    39g pro / 71g car / 9g fat

    M3
    90g rice raw-weight / 227g turkey-breast / 100g veg / 12g sunflower-seeds
    57g pro / 71g car / 10g fat

    M4 / Pre Workout
    135g cream of rice / 43g whey isolate
    38g pro / 112g car / 0g fat

    Intra
    30g performance fuel / 10g eaa + 50g HBCD
    (finish the intra 30 minutes before end of session)

    STRAIGHT AFTER GYM –
    43g Whey isolate + 65g carb (fast carb source here Haribo/cereal/bagel etc) i would have this in the car or at the gym.

    M5 / Post Post Workout
    3 tubs lindahls Kvarg + 19g sunflower seeds + 60g raisins
    Fast easy to eat dessert style meal.

    Hi bud – I have no clue about your cycle history age etc etc…

    But I would look into increasing the decca to 250/300 here to progress the cycle and and take it from there.

    Hi bud you are pretty lean in your pic.

    You simply need more muscle my man.

    I would transition into off season/push up phase now and gradually work at it weekly for a while then next time you come back down “cut” you will be in alot better shape.
