Yours is under dosed but no where near as bad some I’ve seen lol.

Heard good things about Quanta and the post all lab results. Anybody had any experience?
These lab results are to old to be relevant now bud – the issues is RAWS – labs are getting hit with good batches then dog shit batches. every batch is different.

if you have seen progress this way then stick to it bud – i seen no issue or no set rules in training. if it works it works.

You mentioned you are in pretty poor shape…then you mention that you don’t have massive amount of weight to lose?
Please explain better or post some pictures of your current physique and look.
Most people need alot more time than 16 weeks as most are in worse shape than they think…
A longer prep will allow less fatigue and imo will end up with a better final look.

No steroids are safe. Its simple as that.
The one which is most likely to be the Safest will be testosterone as your body already makes this…its not going to be a compound which it doesn’t naturally make eg tren primo decca etc.

Unlike most he actually has years and years of experience of working in The NHS with people who have eating issues. he has worked with many people like yourself.
I would look into working with a coach like him as he knows how to deal with things properly.

Hi bud – I have no clue about your cycle history age etc etc…
But I would look into increasing the decca to 250/300 here to progress the cycle and and take it from there.

You simply need more muscle my man.
I would transition into off season/push up phase now and gradually work at it weekly for a while then next time you come back down “cut” you will be in alot better shape.
