agree with david – it most likely is just Post injection pain from doing a virgin muscle. also next time use a shorter needle…orange 1inch or even a orange 5/8…i do delts often with a orange 5/8 and get no issues.

i find partial reps great on side delt dbell raises on the last set when trying to hit pure failure. i haven’t had any issues with my shoulder joint from doing this but i do this very late on in my sessions and my delts are very warm by this point and i have already done all my pressing movements by this point.

when running 300-500 of nandrolone npp is great… when dosages get bigger….the long acting version is just a lot easier to pin as it comes in higher mg/ml.

You have clearly rebounded way to hard here.
I would honestly do protein and veg for a few days. With carbs just pre and post training
I would keep cardio in and keep water high.
It’s a shit scenario but by day 4/5 of doing this you should see a good drop of weight and things should revert back to normal.

Stay as active as you can and keep steps up. It will all help.

a few methods you can try –
PRE EXHAUST legs before hitting the big movements.
take a rest day pre and post leg days and also eat big on both these rest days to allow the fuel to hit the legs hard and the fuel to recover post.
most importantly exercise selection is king – dont do movements just because others are and claim they are the best – do what you feel works your legs the best.

Hi mate – i have covered this multiple times on this forum .
I have found the following to bring down prolactin.
VITAMIN B6 P5P
VITAMIN D3
VITAMIN E
ASHWAGHANDA
VITEX
ALSO USING SOMETHING LIKE DIM will also help as prolactin thrives in a higher oestrogen environment so ideally if we can keep oestrogen at bay we can keep prolactin lower also.

I have used 300mg of test only before with no issues but the cycle after that i added deca and broke out
if this was the case then – just run a test only cycle at 350mg/400mg a week – that’s a progress in gear and should see progress in results without the breakout in skin…
If you are looking to add an anabolic to this cycle then I would personally go with PRIMO i know multiple people who have had breakouts with decca/tren before but with primo they have been fine.

Hi bud – you should drop a little more BF and then look to using a simple cycle – i would say test only as its king but you have mentioned you do not know how to inject – so im assuming you only want to use orals for this reason – which is fine. is it optimal for the best results? no but it is what it is. I would simply look at a Var only cycle for circa 4-6 weeks and then see what you want to do after this.
But if you are willing to inject and learn then a test only cycle will reap the most reward IMO.

I honestly think keeping the waist tight is mainly down to food – some guys have to eat so much damn food to push up the weight its ridiculous but its what many have to do to push to the next level unless they are very genetically blessed… i also think training style can effect it especially when loads get scary big – a free weight t bar row is going to load the ab/stomach area more than a chest supported variation of this movement…this is just my opinion – im no expert or pro 🙂
