Double check the gear has not CRASHED (Slight crystals forming)
Warm up the gear before use i find this helps.

Rotate sites
if the above dont help then try another lab and if the problem persist it could be you are just getting along with the compound/ester
Have you tried to pin a total different ester and seen if it helps?

Justin Harris is a very very clever chap – why do you not ask him to provide you with more training help? you are paying for a service at the end of the day?
I think its clear – the best person to programme training on this forum and in the UK is JP – but im not sure if this is something he would offer. @TrainedbyJP

Defo got some good testosterone bud!
Estro is not too high – prolactin is almost double the max range.
Add in the following to lower prolactin –
VITAMIN B6 P5P
VITAMIN D3
VITAMIN E
ASHWAGHANDA MORNING AND NIGHT
i have found the above in good dosages to bring my prolactin down.

I dont see any reason on pulling them – if you are peeled and stage ready with them in lets say 2 weeks out why pull them out? the less you change the better.
But i know some people pull out clen – someone like @hilly will defo know more

Hey mate! I haven’t used any of the above apart from Bayer which I haven’t even used for years! I stick with Rohm & Dimensions.
I have used ARENIS many times – its bang on . I used magnus for over 3 years consistently and was excellent except once my test results came back low. Never used others.

Also depends on what your eating – rice and chicken every 2 hours will be alot more realistic to eat than lets say oats and beef etc.

2 hours minimum between meals – ideally i like to keep my meals 3 hours apart I find my digestion is best.

Your body is not dumping out the meal your eating straight away or you would physically see it in the toilet undigested.
Your eating and this is pushing things along (previous meals) this is very common. When fasting in ramadan i had 0 bowel movements all day – 15 minutes after breaking fast I would have a bowel movement.

Has Dr Dean ever been big? Lol. Getting advice from some one who has looked the same for the past 5 years.

Your freind needs to hire a new coach because his current one clearly ain’t got a clue or you wouldn’t be asking on this forum.
I suggest working withing one of the coaches on this forum.

Why would you want to use 150mg of test? it makes absolute 0 sense.
We use steroids to be over what the body can produce and 150mg a week wont do that it will just about put you in range/upper end (cruise)
Im sure at 20 hes natural test will be high unless hes had a test and its low.
Hes young and if this sport means so much to him he wants to jump on gear young then fair enough its his choice but ideally 250/300mg should be the minimum for a cycle IMO.
