Keep everything the same – no need for changes which can effect your sleep etc etc.
I would keep it in – if you are truly stage shredded a smoke wont make a difference especially the fact you do it already daily…

You are pretty lean – big time under muscled so go into a push up phase. your young and it will only benefit you.

The drug it self is the same – one is simply fast acting the other is slower acting.
People often say they get a slightly better look from NPP but me myself i did not see a difference.
The main benefit of npp is – its IN AND OUT fast.

Hi Riz the combination shak described above Test E NPP and primo, if this is the second cycle of someone after the gap of 4 years from 1st cycle and the dosage test 300 NPP 100 and primo 100 is the dosage of first week then also it’s not good?. Later on if v can increase the dosage like keeping the test same and increasing the NPP and primo. Howz that.?

What you have described sounds fine then as a first cycle after a long time off…
I just don’t think it’s optimal.
Would it not be of more benefit of just running straight test then if they have not been on for 4 years? 300-500mg test would be ideal for a first cycle after such a long break.
Honestly running primo at 100 is almost pointless for a male even as a starting dosage..
You say your aim is to have a lean gain cycle…this will all come down to the food your eating.

Primo 40This would put you slightly over but easier to measure…
I’m just answering your question regarding dosage splitting.
I would personally not run the Primo or Npp thay low its going to bring hardly any benefit in my honest opinion.
Total dosage would be 500 a week combined I would rather this just come purely from straight test…
A 300 test 300 npp cycle would be alot more realistic and reap better rewards…

Reduce carbs pre bed meal.
15lbs is a shit ton of weight to put on in 3 weeks so night sweats will be expected also.
Have you checked fasted BLOOD pressure?

I see no issues with the way you are doing things – if your legs are getting better then stick to it.
i do legxtension and hamstring curl on both rotations.
rotation 1 they are first 2 exercises
rotation 2 they are the last 2
i dont think everything has to be massively different each week.
leg press could go from narrow stance to wide stance. dont have to change the whole entire kit iMO.

Hi bud – Jamie is a very advanced pro level bodybuilder so i would not be copying his split as its pretty much tailored towards his physique at his level.
if you need to put muscle on everywhere and you are fairly new to this sport – then i would suggest running the following
UPPER
LOWER
OFF
UPPER
LOWER
OFF
OFF
This will allow you to grow everything and when you grow everything your are going to look a lot better.
some pictures on your physique would be great and some history of how long you have been doing this would be great and will get some better feedback from the members.

Yes my bro – i pin all my shots MWF – i have found sides are a lot less this way and generally i feel better.
MWF allows a good rotation of sites also.
