Alot of the brands you mentioned are just beingoften faked now – I have seen too many the past year. Many make you hold water so you think its GH but its just a shit peptide.

This was just before bed after around 550 carb.
Weight was up just two pounds. So to avoid the big drop again, cardio has been pulled down to 30 mins from 40, I really need to hold my leg size now. Steps are 10k, food the same.

I would push a little harder and get the last bits of fat off. The leaner you are at the start of a push up the better. IMO.

I would personally not FAST 24 HOURS
I would just return back to my normal diet and ensure water is kept high and steps maybe double just for the day to get everything moving again.
Doing a fast and then eating again could cause another trigger for a binge IMO so its not the best thing to do.
Can you upload some pics would be good to see how you look as often many peoples heads seem to go and they think they look shit when really they look great.

I would split the pin into MWF this does seem to work best for myself also
You mention you BP and HDL why don’t you share your full bloods so we can see how out of range everything is?
I would ideally look at lowering the dosage also but I don’t know your stats – what the aim of your cycle is. your body comp. how lean you are etc etc. …
