Creatinine and Urea are just out of range by a little but we should always aim to improve. Did you train the day before this blood test as this can effect result.

If you are going to have a break – then run TRT and leave out the masteron etc – no need for it all imo THE diet will be king and you will drop water regardless.

What do you mean by “Full blown mania”
Caber should have no real effect on your mood especially at such a low dosage.
You should of run bloods ASAP to the see the actual issue…
You should of used an AI first IMO – arimidex etc would lower the estro – which would also lower prolactin- prolactin thrives in a high estrogenic environment. very rarely will you bloods where some one has low ESTRO and high prolactin.
If you do get bloods done and prolactin is high – i advise on using VITAMIN B6 P5P 300MG daily alongside vitamin D3 vitamin e etc this can actually work amazing for many people without using caber

Do your npp and test shots together on MWF.
No need to over complicate it.
THE mwf frequency is very popular on this board and it works very well.

Do not drop calories really fast and also do not add loads of cardio straight away.I would simply drop the food 300-500kcal initially then check the progress weekly and adjust weekly if progress stalls. Implementing fasted cardio later on will leave another tool for fat loss imo.
Come down slow and you more likely to retain more muscle.
As you only have minimal equipment I would really look into doing lots of volume instead as you don’t have enough weight to do a few sets
