If you are running a cycle I would advise getting bloods done and see where estrogen is..
If its high then its more likely to be gyno.

BTW the more you touch your nipple (or gyno if it is this) and nodes the worse it will get – fact. I once thought I had gyno..I kept touching my nipple and checking and it made it worse as it makes it swell.
Stop touching it firstly. when you go to the gym – and you go on a chest supported machine etc and your nipple fits on the pad if its gyno it will fucking hurt when pressed against anything pretty much.
If you actually look at the picture attached to this email the chest has many nodes. It could just be one of these which the lads above are speaking about.
Doctors would be a good shout – if you can even make it in a Pandemic as most are packed…

When did you pin your test e before this test?
When you say cruise? how frequent and how are you pining the gear eg MWF? every 5 days etc?Your test levels are a good level for 150mg/cruise If its a proper cruise.
Oestrogen is on the high side for a small dosage.Are you using T3 replacement atm? Your T3 reading is high and over the limit.
Most other health markers are excellent tbh especially cholesterol etc.

I would personally do a full body session 3x a week with 5 rest days. Just purely in an effort to maintain what I have.

Are you using the compound purely because you have them on hand? The cycle for sure will yield some results but I would just favour running – test 500 – npp 500.
Will get more bang for your buck from running higher NPP tbh compared to primo/mast.
I don’t know you cycle history or your age – so the above is just my opinion based on the information you have provided. More details and im sure someone like hilly or kuba will give you a better answer.

You dont need to have 60p intra where have you got this from?
split the protein into other meals of the day..
Then do 10g pre 10g intra then the the remaining 40 split into other meals etc.

Hi bud – what compound are you using at the moment? i myself had a similar issue every time i tried to use test PROP it would cause swelling no matter the brand or batch.

Add in 200mg celery seed pre bed – then monitor again.
I myself used baby aspirin pre bed and 400mg celery seed daily pre bed to get my BP back into a good range whilst pushing my weight up last push.
