This has happened to me many times with various Test E batches. I get on much better with Test Cyp.

Hey Joe! I’m curious how you are finding 4 meals compared to the 5-7 you’ve done in the past? I actually prefer 4 very large meals as well–obviously with higher protein and carb amounts because of the reduced meal frequency (10oz chicken and 150g rice instead of 7-8oz chicken and 100g rice). As long as I am staying on top of my digestion, I enjoy having the additional hour or 2 between meals to make sure the food is fully processed.

I’m curious how long you wait after finishing your pre meal before you start training. I usually find 2.5hrs works best for me but 90-120min works as long as it’s chicken and rice.

Hope the deload does you good dude! I always experience the same thing in regards to desire to train.

If it were me I would drop the Mast and retest in 2 weeks. You don’t want to be questioning if the Mast is real when prep comes around!!

I would take omegas and vitamin d with meal 1. The rest are fine to take fasted IMO. However, I usually take my AM health supplements after cardio—about 30 minutes before I start eating m1.

It depends where your BG is 1-2 hours after those pre and post meals. If you’re taking in 150g + carbohydrates in each meal, and your BG isn’t returning to 5 90-120 minutes after those meals…obviously the fast acting insulin becomes a useful tool here! If not, you could wait until BG becomes more elevated to use the Novo.

At the moment, I am using this strategy but I only need 3iu Humalog with my post meal. I’m super sensitive and even 5iu could make me go hypo on 150g carbohydrates.

Looking dense man! What are you running AAS-wise right now? I’m assuming a mix of test and primo based on the models you follow.

    300 test, 300 primo, 4iu hgh split am/pm, 500mg metformin, 40mg telmisartan, 100mcg t4, 20mg proviron, 10iu lantus on training days (profilactic)[/quote]

Love it! I’ll be running 300/300 test/primo as well when I finish my health phase. Do you plan on escalating dosages?

BP on point! Do you still take In-Sure before meals when utilizing Lantus and Humalog?

Looking forward to seeing the layout of your Delts/Arms day! Does one of those 3 muscles have priority over the others?

Hilly I see you are doing 4-5iu GH pre workout. I am currently looking at doing a 3iu EOD protocol with Humatrope during my reverse/rebound. However, I am also considering 4iu pre workout 3 days per week. These would both see me have the pen last almost 2 months.

In your opinion, what are the pros and cons of each approach? I wasn’t sure if your approach was recommended by AJ or your idea as I know you have run GH similarly in the past. Cheers!

Man think about how hard you worked to get that fat off the lower abs and back. If you push up calories too quick, that is the first place that is going to store fat!

I would say add 700-800 calories on top of those 1800 and 2000 days and reduce steps to 10k.

Tren is probably skewing your e2, you won’t know the real e2 level until Tren is out of your system.
