Thanks Hilly! I train 4 days per week, should I make the GH just on training days or just go EOD? -
In terms of progressing your cycle I would add 150mg Mast or Primo (50mg M/W/F). That should see a boost in look and performance for the foreseeable future! Then in 2 months or so you could bump to 250 Mast or Primo, and ride that out for 2-3 more months before coming back to a cruise.

Hilly, why do you think you feel more tired when adding in the Humalog on those High Days? One of the reasons I like using Humalog on high day is it actually makes me feel much less tired. I take the log as I begin eating a meal–post workout COR and chicken for example–and I start to feel a little hypo as I’m eating the first 1/3 of the meal, then that goes away and I feel like the meal is digested instantly and my brain function is perfect. Without the slin I feel like I get sleepy because my BG remains elevated for longer.

Big fan of this split for a ‘top line’ orientated phase.
Lots of medial delt, clavicular pec and arm work involved, allocating that volume out over the 6 days.
Day 1 – Push (chest / delts / triceps)
Day 2 – Pull (back musculature, biceps)
Day 3 – Rest
Day 4 – Arms + Delts (biceps, triceps, medial delts, rear delts)
Day 5 – Legs (add one lat movement onto legs at the start)
Day 6 – Rest
Nice set up here catering for those needs
Would you add any chest flyes or presses onto the arms + delts day?

Do you take your GH IM or subq? I have heard the evidence regarding pre-workout IM administration and a localized IGF-1 response to the muscle targeted (i.e., pin 2iu in each delt if you have weak delts). Do you give consideration to this approach or do you prefer subq for the systemic effects? Thanks dude!
I prefer intra muscular, the evidence showing the systemic effect is extremely little so not something I would honestly worry about at all just be consistent with it

Hey Kuba! Absolutely love the attention to detail and growth-minded mentality illustrated on your updates. Admitting our past beliefs had some flaws takes a lot of sense awareness, much respect brother.
Regarding your last update, I’m curious why you escalated Tren Ace from 100mg/pw to 210mg/pw. Is this mainly for enhanced nutrient partitioning while you push food higher?

Ryan you want to focus more on your weaknesses , so for me my push muscles are about all the same , with side delts being probably the biggest / easiest to grow if you see my latest insta post that shows that fairly well . So for me, I literally start with the movement that moves the most weight , or one that I’m having the most fun with as it doesn’t make a diff to me which I start with as muscles are all balanced
If your delts are weak, start with a lateral for one session, if your triceps are weak start with an exercise that trains the chest but also bias the triceps more ( dips ) . Realistically most people just need more of everything , so Imo just bash our standard push sessions

Tricep move
Chest iso
Shoulder iso
Tricep isoVolume – depends on frequency , rep ranges , all of them
Get super strong with standardised form , Job done ?

When you have time, I just have a quick question regarding Push sessions. I’ve read through all your old logs, and it seems that you’ve experimented with both Delt/Tri and Chest dominant push rotations–as well as similar Push sessions twice a week or so. Do you have an opinion on which method is better for overall size?

Kuba when do you take your Anavar on days you don’t work out? Would you do 30 in split dosages?
Curious if you feel there are benefits to running it at 25-30mg twice daily (every day) as opposed to preworkout on training days only.
