    Echoing what Rich said I like stripping the weight back and resetting the movement. Assuming you log your training down you can drop the load and try and beat previously achieved reps with certain weights. I really like this approach with movements like pull ups and dips for example.

    Thank you I’ll be doing that. Dips seem to be slowing a little too so this is great advice!

    Agree with Rich.

    Stick a rest day between each round of PPL.

    Hi mate,

    If it’s stalled for a while, I’d either rotate it out, or strip back some of the load and work in higher rep ranges for a while

    I’m sure you won’t enjoy this bit of feedback, but my personal view is that PPL 6 days on the bounce is too much to sustainably recover from if you’re working really hard.

    Thank you I’ll strip back to lighter loads. Will heed your advice on the rest day as well, I guess that way I’ll be able to do 1-2 sets extra volume too 🙂
