    Cable curls 3* 10, 9

    1 arm reverse cable curls 1*14(right arm) 16(left arm)

    Standing calf raise 2* 10, 9

    Seated hamstring curl 2* 5, 7

    Smith mc squat 2* 5, 7

    Leg press 1*22

    I agree with all of the others here.. we all make sure we manage our career.. what you learn in bodybuilding will translate into many areas in of life so use all you learn & apply to your career to, as it sounds like you’ve figured out the “balance” here with both, however out of interest what is your job if you don’t mind?
