Hunger is def very high especially on the reverse diet
Sounds to me like it’s really person to person dependent and just simply where you prefer the calories!
I mean at the end of the day it boils down to energy balance – calories in vs calories in but thanks again 🙂

Ben – trap development is def a priority. Its not a weakness but its not a strength very balanced but everything needs to grow

Good pull B day (width focused) today – each day post show feel more and more energized, strong, and less like a zombie haha.
Undergrip Pull Downs : 70×15, 100×7
Neutral Grip Pull Downs : 120×5, 55×15 (loading set MIGHT have been too heavy will adjust next week)
Chest Supported DB Row : 40s x 6, 15s x 20
T Bar Row : 75×5, 55×17 (by far my favorite back movement)
Meadow Row : 25×15, 45×8
Rope Cable Curl : 12.5×20, 22.5×9 DROPWanted to do a shrug in here but had to get going to work 🙁 not stressed about it as I feel my traps get indirect work on both pull days anyways. Next week will have time for my isolation set !
First cycle of training complete. Rest tomorrow then hit the ground running tuesday repeating the cycle and progressing!

Solid push day nothin fancy just got in moved some heavy weight and got out!
Before my push days I like to do 3×15 on pec deck super light and maybe some super light side laterals to get everything firing.
High Incline Smith Shoulder Press – 75×12 , 95×7 – first set felt like a drag then I brought the heat for loading
Incline DB Chest Press – 70s x 4.5 , 45s x 8 hit the 60s for a single last warmup and decided to go up to 70s – would’ve been smarter to go up to 65s but still had a solid set just a tad too heavy today
Close Grip Bench Press – 135 x 4.5 , 85 x 12 again hit 115 and it felt light so went to 135 and had a good set just tad too heavy back off felt great
Pec Deck Fly – 130 x 10 , 85 x 15 – looking forward to getting strong as fuck on this movement
V Bar Tricep Extension – 32.5 x 12 , 42.5 x 8 DROP – triceps felt strong today
Cable Side Lateral Raises – 2.5 x 13 , 7.5 x 8

7/25 – Legs B (Hamstrings)
Alright guys pretty solid session today. Today is day 5 of the new split and was the first day I noticed some fatigue, slight drop of motivation, slight drop of desire to train. BUT I still had a great session, made progress, pushed past the pain, and ready to kill tomorrows push sesh!
Seated ham curl: 100×18 then 160×7.5
SLDL: 185×7 then 115×14 – need to get better at this exercise both in terms of execution and strength. fairly new to this lift
Laying cable curl: heavy band x 6 then light band x 20 (dont have access to laying ham machine for a few more weeks, also no access to adductor machine)
Hip Thrusts: 135×6 then 95×15 this is where fatigue set in hard
Leg Press: 5 plates x 10 then 3 plates x 10 awesome first set pushed myself to absolute limit then second set fatigue was so built up

Your on a fair bit of food it looks like. Very lucky you could duet on that.
I would ditch the rice cake meal for a solid meal n then asses each week.
I like to add 500kcal to T days and 250 to R days initially for myself but I get fat easy.
But it depends on the individual massively._________________________________________

Hey just out of curiosity why do you say cut the rice cakes?
I treat that meal as a real solid meal. 35g isolate shake 1tbsp nut butter and then either 2 rice cakes or an English muffin!
