Thx Danny – was an awesome showing now its time to GROW and get STRONG!

Today was an awesome pull session.

This is my first week of structured training post show (I started immediately the Monday after my show) – I know JP and Corinne advise taking up a week off to settle down and let fatigue lower but my peak week training was very easy as it should be and I took Thurs, Fri, Sat (show day), and Sun completely off so I was ready to hit the gas again Monday!

I am still battling a LITTLE fatigue from being so lean and training so hard but each day after the show I slowly start to feel better and better, more alive- as the calories slowly increase and the tanks start filling back up 🙂

7/22/2020 – PULL A (DEPTH FOCUSED) – all numbers are in POUNDS (lbs) – I live in the States

    Smith Deficit Deadlifts – 185×9 then 135×14
T Bar Row – 90×6 (might have gone too heavy here but good set) then 65×14
    Chest Supported DB Row – 35s x 6 (good set here!) then 15s x 17
Close Grip Pull Downs – 100×6 then 60×11
    (this is where fatigue hit)
Rear Delt Flys – 25×17 then 85×5 first set was just to pump blood then went heavy – maybe too heavy will adjust next week
    Rope Curls – 7.5 x 20 then 22.5 x 7 biceps have always been a strength
    Smith Shrugs – 75 x 14

As you can see I am still learning and being the first week I am going to have to learn and adjust from my mistakes 🙂

    Good work nonetheless 🙂

Thank you everybody, definitely hooked from here haha such an awesome experience!

Clare – the plan from here is to build both density and my own knowledge this offseason. At 10 weeks out I hired a coach to take control of my training and diet and he got me peeled! But his training approach was very different from what we all preach on here (had a hybrid approach of progressive overload and set intensfiers/etc) now I want to take PPL very serious and build some serious size! And in the process of doing this, writing my programs, adjusting volume, making changes I hope to grow my knowledge 🙂

Hey sasa, I’m actually 2 weeks out from my competition right now so that’s why I am so lean haha.

Im 5′ 10″ and currently sitting at 165lbs. I haven’t dabbled into any AAS yet but who knows what the future holds.

Some of my strength / log book numbers:

    Smith Squat: 265lbs x 8-10
    Seated Hamstring Curl : 145lbs x 8-10
    Smith Shoulder Press : 100lbs x 6
    Smith Incline Chest Press : 115lbs x 6

Strength is down right now being so close to the show but looking to progress strength after!

More information about me for you guys which will explain why I’m considering sarms:

About 1.5 years ago I ran 15 weeks of testosterone and loved the benefits, however I suffered hard from the androgenic side effects and the conversion to DHT and estrogen completely imbalanced my hormones. Ever since then (1.5 years ago) I have been solely focusing on health and getting my hormones back in check, I am confident to say I am in an extremely healthy spot now.

Sarms are not known to convert to DHT and estrogen, so this seems like a very intriguing and somewhat safe road to go down.
