    Its been great, thanks for asking, i actually havent been able to do any shoulderpress movements because i injured my neck while wrestling.

    Nothing too serious just some kind of a sprain on the left side of my neck, and only movement i cant do at the gym is any kind of shoulder presses.

    I hope its going to heal in a few weeks and after that im going to try adding the shoulder pressing too.

    The program itself has been challenging but i have enjoyed it very much, never done just one set of anything at the gym and never done 20 reps of anything either.

    Especially the long sets of leg compound movements are tough, but after a workout i feel like a winner 🙂

    Been doing some running too on the days im not at the gym, i guess some zone2 never hurts.

    Looks good mate. I’m not a fan of 3 presses in a full body. I’d sooner do 2 and rotate them but that’s just my preference. See how you get on with this and after a long run, let us know how you went on.

    Yeah, i guess i just need to test how it goes and if it feels too much then make some changes.
