To be honest Josh I’m constantly changing my mind lol. I have those discussion in my own head before I write them down. But you are right. Do feel better growing on EQ, I think cos I’ve been so lean for so long, I am subconsciously holding back so I mast cos I feel it keeps me tighter. But over the last couple weeks I’ve finally let myself get softer so by the time I go back on blast I’ll lost like change back to eq. Even tho eq keeps me tight too just as much as mast.

Eq and mast. Yea definitely 👍 I’ve ran test eq and mast a few times and done really well with that combo. So I could do that too. I’d like to do 600 test 300 mast 300 eq if I go that route.

Yeah everyone is different but for me id he way too low on that much test vs last and eq. That’s why I keep test higher (double) if I’m doing all 3. -

254 today so down a little. That’ll change once I up the anabolics, hopefully.
But I had a very very good chest session today. Flat bench felt strong and I got 160kg for 9 reps, then 140 for 10 and 100 for 25.
My left elbow is hurting more every day so I really need to try let that recover better. It woke me up in the night throbbing so that’s not good. But it’s just so used to back off when my pressing work is progressing so well
Last night I took my son and mrs for pub food. I had a beet and brisket burger with fries and halumi fries. So good. Definitely helped my bench today haha
Tomorrow I might rest. Mid week rest is needed now so I’ll either do that tomorrow or Thursday

I really don’t think your situation calls for insulin. You won’t be using enough carbohydrates to make the most of insulin (fulness etc). And your body will be efficient enough as it is with all the cardio and low carbs you’re doing…
I’d focus on getting lean as fast as poss. Insulin, in my opinion and experience, has no place here and in some cases can

255 today so weight still up. Rest day yesterday with a kfc cheat meal
All the cheat meals helping me stay big for sure during this cruise. But the side effect is loss of conditioning. But I started this cruise quite lean anyway so I had room to play
Appetite is ok. Joints feel ok. Both could be better still. So I’m holding off on the blast till at least next week and reevaluate how I feel.
Back day was good today. Left elbow tendinitis is effecting pulling movements as well now which isn’t good but otherwise I felt strong

Another solid day today. Holding 255, I trained chest and triceps only, since I have tendinitis on my left bicep, quite bad. So lowering the work load on them for a while
Bench press today felt really good. Strong and confident. Higher rep work today worked up to 140kg for 20. 150 for 8 then back to 140 for 14 and 9.
Food is the same I’ll update my diet for you guys soon
Tonight’s cheat will be a shwarma kebab.

Much better day today in the gym. Also woke up 255 so little heavier
Today I did side delts, rear delts, traps and also I threw in deadlifts. Really want to try focus on strengthening my lower back to see if I can start alleviate some of its issues. Worth trying. So I’m going to do deadlifts on back day as well as delts day. Maybe different variations.
Felt really good. Did reverse style so off the rack and walk back with it. Either touched to floor or stopped a few inches above. Worked up to 180kg for 5

Weight back down to 253 today. And dog shit leg day to boot lol.
Knees were literally sorted before I even walked into the gym. And out of angry I still got on the leg press wrapped them up tight and went through it. Now they’re even worse.
I should have known after last weeks very good leg day, I wouldn’t be able to string 2 in a row
So I’m gonna remove a training day mid week as of this week. And try drop my volume lower to see if I can save joints a bit more.
Test will go up soon. And mast will go on.
So a couple weeks from now I should be in a better place
Food and energy good. Strength was good too if it wasn’t for the pain.

My body is definitely telling me it wants to push back up. So I’ll switch things up by next week.
Anabolics will go up including test masteron and maybe anadrol. insulin will go on at 2-3 days per week pre workout.
I can see 260 approaching fast
The only issue right other then the usual knees and lower back, is my left elbow tendon is quite bad, as in I’m having to wrap it right for any pressing / tricep work.
So I’ll have to keep an eye on that
Chest day today was really good. Been thinking about flat benching for the last few days and it paid off
Managed 160kg for 8 reps. Every rep moved nice and fast.
Hopefully on cycle I’ll be back to pressing 180 for reps.
Tonight’s off plan meal is mums homemade pasties filled with beef, cheese, some veggies. So good
