Tanned is usually better under the photo shoot lights. If you can get some instant / competition tan like protan or jan tana, or liquid Sunrays and apply the day before. Then spend all weekend washing it off like Michaela said that’ll work fine

I would add in vitamin d supplement and omegas too. 150mg test should be plenty test wise unless estrogen / progesterone etc are out of whack. If you’re nutrient intake, sleep, fluid intake etc are all covered well then best thing to do is get bloods done and see what’s what. Otherwise we are all just guessing for you

Same weight today regardless of food and PED’s increase. (Will post updated plan below) PED’s only started yesterday so will kick in slowly.
Back training today went well. Pump and strength both feel better after some extra food. So hopefully see a nice improvement over the next few weeks

260 again today regardless of cheat meal last month. Which is good. But of an off track day today as I had to get something fixed on my car so I ended up at my friends garage for 6 hours and only managed to have 2 protein shakes and 2 protein cookies. 2 regular rice and beef meals too. So underfed for sure
Training was decent though. I switch my usual training around to do chest instead of back as I woke up with a bad / locked up lower back. Happens every now and then, I take ibuprofen and let it ease off for 2 days then it’s usually fine
Tomorrow I’ll see how back is and decide on training

Rest day today and upping calorie a little via one cheat meal. Not having a full high food day because I feel quite full (muscle wise) so don’t see the need.
As of tomorrow I’ll push food up a little more. Aim is 265-270 depending on how much fat and water I add. So I’ll post my updated diet once I decide how much to add

How are you? Between 2019-2021 did anything happen health / life wise? And have you ran anabolics at all before ?

260 today so weight is up. Body is soaking up the added food nicely
So cycle starts tomorrow, will go in with 500 test E and 300 masteron E.
Plan is to spend February and some of March pushing up but staying leaner, then dive into a hard 6-8 week cut to get as lean as I can and see where I am physique wise regarding size flow proportions etc
Delts was Thursday, Friday was rest as I did some traveling for some work on my car, today was arms and tomorrow is rest.

Most butchers now do lean sausages and burgers to be fair buddy and probably cheaper then these companies so get out and get asking around : ) -
Side delt is always a good one. Rear delt if you have help. Straight into the middle at 90 degrees or 1-2cm above Center always seems fine for me

You shouldn’t hit anything it miss buddy look up a couple YouTube videos, and yes the insulin needle will be long enough. Pull back if you’re able to. -

Yes competing is definitely on the cards. I am currently getting my muscle mass back to where it was last I competed, then I’ll lean down and assess how I look.. proportions, mid section, flow, balance, detail, size / presence… then I’ll decide properly. I won’t get back on stage unless I am better then my last showing [/quote]

Yes competing is definitely on the cards. I am currently getting my muscle mass back to where it was last I competed, then I’ll lean down and assess how I look.. proportions, mid section, flow, balance, detail, size / presence… then I’ll decide properly. I won’t get back on stage unless I am better then my last showing
