Apologies for the lack of updates guys!
Hope you’ve all been well
So a couple of things have changed since my last update
Test is up to 600
Added anadrol at 50mg with pre w meal
Added arimdex 0.5mg twice weekly
Added 3 off plan meals weekly. Replacing an evening meal. To help boost calories and also just for enjoyment too.
Weight is holding steady at 260 lbs
Training is really good. Since throwing in the big off plan meals my strength has consistently gone up which has made it more fun.
Next step is maybe up test to 800.
Maybe add deca
Push the cycle throughout November then come back down to trt till the new year
I’m happy at 260 for now. By no meals lean but this is where I grow best and feel best in the gym
New year I’ll start to reign it in body fat wise and see what’s I’ve added

1 big back day serves most people well if they train it hard / heavy / intense enough.
When trained with @Jordan_peters we hit back every 5 days and man did I grow fast. I was just about recovered to go again on tue 5th day. That was perfect.
So I say every 5-7 days for most of us

So I’m up 15 lbs in 2 weeks to 255.
Didn’t whatsoever plan of pushing this hard i am literally just feeding my appetite plus some extra and pushing my volume as well as weight load up in the gym
Most days I’ll throw in extra snacks be it whey with fruit and peanut butter or a beef / ham sandwich
I’m not fatter, if anything I look tighter
For a change I write roughly the macros I’m trying to hit. This isn’t IIFYM it’s just because I change carbs and fats around a lot depending on what I feel like eating
5 meals
70-80 protein
80-120 carbs
15-25 fats400mg test weekly still for now. I’m going to add in anadrol next week

Injecting any amount of synthetic testosterone will generally shut down your natural prediction. Regardless of hcg use (some guys get lucky) so to keep you testes firing, you need to come clean off periodically
Having said that, depending on your age and genetics, you could cruise / blast for a few years then take a clean break.
If you’re in your 20’s you don’t need to try. No idea why todays guys think that’s normal

Hey mate, hope all is well. I see this time around with the same test dose you’re not using an AI, what is the reason for this, do you usually use an AI when on cycle? Seems the industry is living away from AIs and would love you’re thoughts
I still use ai’s. I just don’t feel the need for them at the dose I’m on right now buddy. I pretty much know by now when I need bring an AI in from experience and previous blood work.
And I don’t use other anabolics as AI’s either I never feel the same. As I creep above 400mg I’ll bring it in.

Lots of people can’t get to sleep very well if they are digesting lot of food so what you’re saying makes sense.

I want to spend winter growing and having fun. I miss “bulking”. Yes, bulking. That dirty word, I love it
Cycle wise I’ve upped test to 300 this week.
I’ll taper this up depending on how I feel
Diet, carbs will vary between rice , noodles, bread. I event merry myself too a meal, but I always keep beef and eggs as a staple.
As a side, I love training eating and just being a bodybuilder so that’s what I enjoy doing, I’ll bulk up over winter, lean down for summer, I’ve done this for 20 years and I don’t plan on stopping.
I don’t NEED to have an end goal all the time, I never did, my goal is doing what makes me smile.
6 whole eggs, 250g oats
3 sc tbJp whey, 100g granola
280g cooked steak, 350g rice
280g steak, 350g rice
3 sc whey, 50g nut butter, berries
Cardio- dog walks

Thanks Triv. And you know it man, I just trained, ate and grew for 14 years before I stepped on stage. Even then I didn’t care much for being a competitor I just loved the lifestyle, the look, the feel etc. it’ll always be the training for me, I don’t need an end goal all the time. I just love and live this day in day out, and will do till I can’t move anymore -

I think there is nothing that beats test, deca and anadrol if you want size and strength. So I think its a great idea of you like them.
That you can make enough improvments on such low dose is fantastic.

I agree. With those 3 compounds you really can’t go wrong. Anadrol does effect some peoples appetite but never mineI used to need higher dosages, but since I’ve backed off a lot over the last 3 years, spent majority of it on trt, now my body is very sensitive again and retained a lot of my size so I don’t really “need” as much. That’s why I like spending plenty of time on trt now , and obviously also for health reasons

Good to see you updating. Can I ask if you have plans for the cycle over the winter? Do you plan on just sticking to test or do you add something else to bulk?
