So apologies for the lack of updates guys… not had a great deal to update on

Had a lot going on in June / June so didn’t really adhere to any plan. Took a lot of time off the gym but as you’ll know by now I’m don’t shy away from extended rest periods haha

Current back in a solid routine.
    Same single body part split
    Maintaining diet
    Trt level test (150)

I’ve ran trt wine stary of june and feel great. Holding 245-250 lbs on 3-4 meals daily

PLAN is to lean out over the next 6-8 weeks then to fill back out over autumn / winter and get stronger / have more fun in the gym

So I’ll start updating again this week with my current diet , training and cycle as I try to get into a nice lean position to push again.

I’ll do some progress pics soon

Everyone in Tampa top 5 today looked great…but… I can’t help but think your NYPro and Cali looks would have DUSTED this show. Even though the lineups this year are decent, I feel the quality has dipped off. I hope you show them what a true bodybuilder is in 2023 Sas (if that’s what you want to do/decide to do of course!)

    Thanks Nick! Appreciate that mate.
My NY and cali looks were definitely my favourites too. I was really starting to fill out and mature more by that point.
I’m confident I’ll hold well in most line ups. But I also think todays talent pool is also progressing FAST!
So it’s an exciting to see the younger guys come up.
Quality vs size will always be a battle for sure always has been

I don’t know the science but I’ve used vitamin c previously to try dry a touch more water and it did work.
I used 1000mg with 4-5 meals for 2 days prior to a show / finish date.

    Dandelion root and haven’t tried

Hi bud alongside test I think proviron is too weak to fertility. Hcg MAYBE at low test dosages. Test shuts you down hard so not much can combat it if sperm
Count is low. Some guys maintain a healthy sperm count on cycle, some don’t.

GOAL:- apparently I might be getting put through a training session by 6 x Mr Olympia Dorian Yates at the Fitxpo Liverpool in 3 weeks. It’s not 100% yet but I won’t be saying no. And I know he’ll destroy me haha so let’s see

I’ll be upping food and getting a mix of single and double sessions in to play catch up

For now I’m getting back into the routine. Never takes me long. And I don’t get phased by these periods where I spend time away from training. In fact, it helps me : )

Hope you lot have been behaving

    Hope you’ve all been well

Not updated for a short while as I had a change of plan. Took to time away from training / diet just so i could focus on a couple personal things

Back at it now and plan is to fill out again slowly

Dieting down to get truly shredded will never be anything other then what you’ve decided I’m afraid buddy. The first 2-3 times I got in crazy condition I felt disgusting the last 4-6 weeks. Then it gets smoother when your body has already been there. I’d suggest maybe dieting till you hit that wall, and then do 1-2 weeks bringing calories up to maintenance levels to reset then go again to help soften the blow. Or hire a reputable coach if you have the resources which will take a lot of the stress out of the diet and you can also learn.

Either test remember, if it was easy everyone would be shredded and huge all the time. Hope this helps.

I don’t think you need to lean out. If you’re appetite is good, you’re responding to food / training / supps… then continue growing.
Quality muscle takes years to build.
Fat comes in weeks / months.. keep growing

I’ll be straight, the % of lifters who even get close to the point where it warrants high dosages is TINY. Jordan being one of them. They need very good genetics, a work ethic that is just insanely high 24/7/365.. years (10 years minimum) of near perfect training and eating, and a LOT of dense quality muscle (40-50+ lbs at least) to even contemplate taking high dosages and even then you have to know your end reward is truly worth it.

Condition is very good for this far out.
Diet looks ok, seems a little low but then I don’t know your body / metabolism etc.
Training wise volume for legs looks a little low, and 4 days training weekly you could probably add a little more volume across the board.
    Good luck buddy

Looking at your pics have a plenty of room to grow with just food and training for now before even contemplating upping test.
Not to mention your test levels are above normal anyway unless I’m mistaken. You should grow easily so I don’t need the need in adding extra risk
