So fooooood.
I weighed 245 lbs today even after 1 month no training. I seem to stay around 240-250 regardless.
Food is low for now. I want to tidy and get super sensitive before I start playing with higher calories. My body thrives on low food for some reason
I’ll be doing things a little different to maybe others. Won’t be tracking macros or calories but I know my portions, and I know what my body is telling
I can usually tell the difference between what my “mind wants” and what my “body needs” to achieve the goal I want. I can switch off my emotions to food pretty well by now
You’ll get the gist as we go through these next months I’ll also explain in a video
Idea is – high protein, low-mod carbs, mod fats
BUT as always I’ll be regulating exactly what I need all the time.
My meals can change all the time so I’ll try post many examples as possible

Apologies for the lack of updates. Not too much to update.
As you know I took most December off training, diet etc.
Today was my first session back. Man it hurt! Haha but in a good way. Body was rating to go
I did all upper groups call, daily light…. I usually do after a break, then I’ll legs tomorrow, then as of Friday it’ll be split as usual (I’ll post it)
Upper
Neutral grip lat pull downs 4 x 12-15
Smith deadlifts (to shins) 3 x 5
Seated chest supported row 2 x 8-13
Neutral grip chest prep incline 4 x 8-12
Dip machine, plate loaded, 2 x 8-12
Side delt machine (Panatta) 4 x 15-20
Cable ez curls 3 x 8-12
Cable rope extensions 3 x 10-15
Abs rope crunches 4 x 5-20

Me my partner and my son all got sick ok Xmas ever so not much to report really. Not covid, but another bug my son brought into the house I’m guessing
I’m still off training.
Feeling flat small and fat 😀Not long till I start my diet. So just costing along till then.
Plus side is my joints feel GREAT. This whole month so far I’ve trained about 7 times. And I know I won’t regret it when I back in the full swing
I understand now why so many older / seasoned bodybuilders take 4-8 weeks off ever year….

I think just running higher test will he more then perfect for your first cycle. 300mg weekly.
You don’t need npp, or primo, yet… make the most out of less!

I have say you’re not on the right track…
I think you can repeat first cycle, minus the eq and gain even more… I’m not sure why people jump to such dosages as 1st / 2nd cycles these days…
Why eq added to first cycle?
As you say “with least amount of drugs possible, as healthy as”….
Think longevity AND health AND quality muscle bud, this is by no means me being negative, it’s experience so I hope you take note
300-400 test ONLY and then MAYBE 100-200 primo if you need it down there line during this next cycle.

Hi bud. How old are you? How tall are you? How heavy are you and how lean are you?
I think both these cycles are too high for your 1sr and 2nd personally
You can gain A LOT still on dosages that are kept lower… keeping you healthier and giving much better longevity and room for progression

You must need more time to recover buddy. Body will always heal itself, stay on trt, take your health supps to support heart & organ health, eat as healthy as you can… in 3-4 weeks take some more bloods

So Saturday was arms and delts for me again, Sunday was rest day / family day out,
December downtime continues for me, much as I hate not training, I know it’ll do me a world of good in terms of recovery, joints, motivation come the start of my diet in the new year
Delts and arms this time I decided to separate biceps and triceps instead of super setting them like usual
Rear pec Dec 4 x 7-13
Wide grip smith upright rows 3 x 6-10
Smith shrugs 3 x 4-10
Rope tricep ext 3 x 10-20
Panatta dip machine 4 x 6-10
Over head ex extensions 3 x 10-15
Ez bar bicep curls 3 x 6-12
Rope cable hammers 3 x 8-12
Single arm cable curls 3 x 8-15

It’s an area I have so much interest in now.
Simply because every dam doctor I spoke to said – ivf only option
No matter what I suggested , admitted to them.
It infuriated me.
They said at almost 0. That’s it. Ivf only option
8 million per ml n low motility / morphology- that’s it. Ivf only option
13 million n all in range – ohh er er –
Not once did either private or nhs check my own hormones / testosterone etc

That sounds ridiculously frustrating mate!So you think in this country fertility aid is just poorly supported?
My test level was 2.4 at best when we conceived , LH and fsh crept up to just below normal after 6 months of being off test totally during that time,and I’m guessing that’s what pushed my sperm count up.
But a portion of my sperm that were deformed, they asked for a retest but by the time I got that test back Leanne was pregnant

There are times when trt may be needed if your natural test is unable to recover. Hilly has done both methods. When test is too low sperm cannot mature, this is pretty rare as most will recover reasonable test levels

Trial and error is key though, monitor your recovery and growth
I’ve found in the last delts and biceps do respond well to high frequency
