    251.3 today. So yesterdays high day don’t gain any weight on me; but I did feel fuller during training.

    Chris said today’s pics are the best look yet and he’s made some changes to the cycle … add tren e and masteron. Added arimidex and increased proviron.

    Next week he said he’ll lower test and eq but for now they stay high .

    New cycle
    1300 test e , 600 eq, 200 mast e , 200 tren e , 100 proviron, 50 winny, 1 adex , 10 gh

    Delts traps abs today and my shoulders behaved so I had a decent session

    Happy with my look. With 5 weeks to go I’m still on track to show a bigger version this season

    I understand you not wanting to get it checked out. But there are so many options for fixing knees and shoulders without surgery or at the very least alleviating things. You need your teeth to eat (kind of) but you really need your bones to train.

    Yeah you’re probably right. But to be honest I’ve been through countless therapists all with different methods. I won’t be bothering with any more till I get an MRI scan which I will do at some point this year on my left knee as well as my right shoulder. Then I’ve got something to take to who ever I see next

    I’m lucky my teeth are in good health haha

    So Chris’s feedback was a 2nd high day today. Back to back 800g carbs. No cardio

    Woke up 251.8 today so up a few lbs

    2nd high day going down well. At this point I’m just about hungry enough to enjoy my meals again which is nice. But I still wouldn’t say I’m very hungry

    Arm day today. Arms felt fully swole : D felt great

    Super set biceps straight into triceps again. Definitely my go to arm day right now

    Tomorrow is back to 470g carbs. Still no cardio.

    Cycle still 1300 test, 600 eq, 50mg proviron, 50mg winny, 10iu gh

    248.5 today down another 2 lbs.
    Yesterdays was rest day but still quite a big drop over the last few days

    800 carb high day today. Plus leg training

    Legs was quite poor. Left knee is pretty bad right now. Even light stuff. Did what I could with slow reps etc. shit but is what it is , I’ll try raise it, ice it, anti inflammatories etc for the next few days

    Good going in easy.

    250.5 today. Down another lb

    See changes everyday right now. Which is about right for 5 ish weeks out for me

    Although considering I’ve only been dieting 4 weeks / how much I’m still eating / minimal to no cardio this is very fast

    No cardio today.

    Chris has made Tomorrow a 800g carb day. Same menu as I posted few days ago

    Not much to report today. Rest day. Had a dentist appointment , 1 filling + a clean. I didn’t go to the dentist for 8 years haha I always do this. I’ll go years without going. But I’m sticking with it now. Very lucky with my teeth health so I’ll run out of luck if I don’t keep the checkups Going

    251.5 down a coupe more lbs.

    Chest day , felt better then last week pain wise so had a better session

    Moderate volume , not light but not as heavy as when I’m at my peak strength. Enjoyed it

    480 carbs + 20 minutes cardio today

    Feel quite lean today. No complaints

    Chest and calves
    Leg press toe press 6 x 10-20
    Pec dec 3 x 8-15
    Incline machine 3 x 10-15
    Smith flat 3 d 6-10
    Smith incline 2 x 8-15
    Cable decline press fly 3 x 10-15

    Felt good. Keeping all sessions lighter right now to try reduce some of my joint pain. I never listen to myself for long so I’m gonna try this time lol

    So higher volume but lighter weight

    480g carb today. No changes to the cycle or food. Just 20 mins cardio today and tomorrow for now

    Rope ab crunches 5 x 10-30

    Hi Sas, you keep EQ till the end or pull it out at some point , also you still use insulin at 6 wks out (long/short acting)?

    Not sure if we will keep eq in, but so far it’s got hurting condition so

    Yes using 12 iu fast insulin with meal 1

    I used it during my post contest prep. I liked it ? Endurance was beer high with it and fat burning too.

    I took 20mg about 1 hour before training

    254 today same weight

    Rest day. Chris has added 20 minutes cardio for tomorrow and treadmill. I’ll either walk the dog again or do it on the treadmill so I can do some work

    Nothing exciting today. Editing my full day in the life video for my YouTube channel. Got a couple new coaching plans to write. And a Q & A on my Instagram. Then some family if I can.

    Andrew won the Arnold. Rightfully so I believe but Nick looked crazy good. Hadi brought it for the finals too

    If you’re not due a trt / off cycle phase and are ok to continue the diet on cycle, then you don’t need to change anything at this point. Nothing wrong with the cycle. Focus on getting lean and monitor how you look and feel.

    Once body fat is low, If you wanted to achieve a harder , drier look then that’s when you might adjust the cycle

    254 today . Up 2 lbs after the 800g carb day yesterday l. HIGH day meal plan below for reference

    Didn’t “feel” the extra weight / carbs till I started training . Felt so good in the gym. Skin looked thinner , more vascularity, full, pumped and big

    The eq at 600 and test at 1200 still at 6 weeks out is definitely helping stay / look bigger and rounder: making big difference this prep

    Shoulder pain didn’t interfere too much today so I enjoy the session

    Chris hasn’t replied yet today. So no changes as far as I know yet

    Was arm day. Short rest periods, super set biceps straight into triceps. Definitely my fav type of arm day

    High day menu

    1 – 4 whole eggs, 250g oats, 125g honey, 14iu insulin

    Train- 50g carb TBJP performance fuel

    2- 80g whey iso , 200g oats, 75g honey

    3- 225g chicken, 475g rice, 14iu insulin

    4- 225g chicken, 425g rice

    5- 80g whey is , 80g oats

    What’s your goal buddy ? Are you on cycle make gains ? First cycle ? Etc …

    A good place to start when introducing eq would 1/2 of where your test is dosed. So 120mg eq. And see how you feel / run some bloods to see the numbers etc

    LH and FSH will generally stay suppressed with you’re on test / cycle
