239 today – 2 weeks 5 days out
Feel low after yesterdays low carb day but not too bad
Today’s 420 carbs will help
Trained back. Felt pretty good! Basics , high row, bent over row, dy row, db row and wide grip lat pull downs – 3 work sets on each, high ish pace so not crazy loads
Chris’s reply to today’s pics were to repeat today’s menu 420 carbs again tomorrow

During these 8-9 weeks have you have a Jh kind of refeed? Calories sound very low and steps very high. Maybe you just need a kickstart to get things moving again

239 today so down a couple lbs after yesterday 360g carb day
Rest day today = 120g carbs
Low low day for me.
Tomorrow = 420g carbs
So it’s the same menu as the 360g but Chris added another 100g oats to meal 5 which is usually just whey
Feel tired and very hungry . But I LIKE IT. I want even crazy conditioning in Pittsburgh in 3 weeks
And then the week after in Cali i want a chance at a high placing.
Right knee (the good one) has started holding some fluid
I’ve ordered some OCCLUSION BANDS to see if I can
Mighty pump up my quads in a few daysI think getting some blood flow in and out of my knees too might help but we’ll see

Today’s diet below.. appetite very high right now. Always is post show even though I haven’t had any off plan meals which is usually the catalyst to pushing appetites / food noise high.
But I like this hunger , I enjoy my meals so much more : D
Pittsburgh is a stacked line up, I’m going to do my best to be better than I was at FIBO. But even if I match the FIBO finals look I’ll be happy and I know I can do well

241 today. Yesterday’s 800g carbs barely moved the needle
600 carbs today
Tomorrow is rest day , doing about 350 carbs
Feel pretty tired all the time. But in the gym I feel really good
Every time I add some halo pre workout in prep I find it boost my strength quite a lot regardless of how tired I am

Have you ever tried it in prep or offseason phase … test / eq / mast this 3 in same combo … ??
You will keep the same ratios with test : eq and with mast bro ? For example test / eq / mast ( 2:1:1 )
600-800 test / 300-400 eq / 300-400 mast
Or you will change something in this ratios if u use and mast together ?
I don’t even know what my ratios are buddy.
And in prep I prefer to run test mast tren at least from 6 weeks onwards
We kept eq in for 60-70% of prep for fulness

No issues with blood sugar. I’m stage lean , super low body fatZero issues with running adex at this dose. I’ve never been through about IGF.

I tried it once. Performance wise I felt quite good. Mentally I didn’t like it at all.

800g carbs going in easy today. Body definitely needed it.
Switched out the rice for oats and honey. So all my carbs are coming from good old oats and honey. I just digest that stuff so well, and it satiates me much more then rice
Back day today. Felt really good.
Both knees feel like they are fluid build up , when I squat down to tie shoe laces they get sore and tight. Not a good sign
I’ll wait till next week then maybe try a very light leg day, see if I can loosen them up.

Do you know why he’s increased overall gear load?
Well he hasn’t really , I was on 600 eq and I dropped that out a few week ago.
So he’s just edged up mast and Tren

You mentioned you don’t really move around much, considering your diet mainly consists of oats as a carb source, do you go on digestion walks?
I feel like for most people 200g of oats without a digestion walk would cause some digestion issues.
Also regarding the possible Cali pro – will you change anything about the peaking protocol?

I can digest 200g oats very easy. All I ate on my carb up and show day was oats , 150g every 2 hours with zero walks
You have to remember , I’ve been doing this for 28 years. And don’t it the best way possible , my gut is quite trained and

And genetics plays a huge roll. And also As a baby and young boy growing , my mum rarely fed me processed foods, all home cooked wholesome quality ingredients as Persian culture this is common. Even if we had jams or deserts , they were home mate.
This gave me a pretty solid start
As for Cali pro peak weak, I or Chris have zero idea what we’ll do. Chris takes things day by day , no sudden changes , I send him pics every day and he decides the plan

240 today. 7 lbs up up from stage weight , and I haven’t even been eating much. Not had a cheat meal either yet, what’s wrong with lol
Energy is low. I’ll likely have something extra tonight to try lift energy
I’ll send Chris pics from tomorrow. Gives us 4 weeks 2 days till th Cali pro
Arm day today. Felt quite good in the gym, strength lower than usual , but my left shoulder which was giving me some trouble seems a lot better now.
Nothing else to repost for now.
I don’t like having this long between shows. Especially being this lean, it’s hard to relax the mind. Much prefer 1-2 weeks between show. Ideally 2.
