With Pre workout meal is always a good time to take insure. I have some clients take it with meal 1 and meal before bed also if needed

Like j said , no such thing as deca e, deca durabolin maybe ? It’s nandrolone decanoate, half life is 6 days (ish)
If kept at room temp can stay in the bottle for quite a while if it’s sealed. 200mg per week is a good dose I think -

Change of plan, next show is California in 5 weeks. Then Toronto in 7 weeks.
I’m 251 today. So shout 9 lbs over stage weight, dried stage weight that is, pre drying out I was 248-250 so I’m about there even with have 2 cheat meals last couple days
Await Chris’s orders but CYCLE is unchanged apart from lower adex …. Still using VIOGEN, it’s clear as daylight how effective their gear is so if anyone can get and try them , do so and let me know what you think. Right now I am using their test mast tren anadrol winny halo gh

Apologies guys for lack of updates. Germany was so none stop it was crazy.
So it’s 2 days post show. I’m super happy with the result. Obviously not a win, but coming 2nd to Andrew jacked, pushing him making him sweat, BEATING him at pre judge was just insanely cool for me
I went into the show just hoping I don’t look silly next to Andrew. And to beat him in pre and have so many people tell me I should win was just surreal
Anyway, onwards and upwards… NEXT shows I’ve decided with Chris Aceto is Spain and Dubai
So 8 weeks till Spain. Not sure how much longer till Dubai
I just back into prep tomorrow. Food wise I had a pizza last night and some Easter chocolate (best chocolate) lol but I don’t really need time off
Plan will be to bring weight up a bit I think, catch a small rebound and keep working

Might look light but he’s making the reps very hard. Weight is relative, , it’s the intensity , execution and failure pints that matter more

Shouldn’t need to cut carbs much lower than this. unless you doing keto / high fat. it depends how much cardio youre doing? your overall calorie intake ? fats protein etc etc. its not just about carbs. you need carbs to fuel your training

2 days out today and we are pulling water harder now. Woke up today 245 and I’m 242 now just before my last meal so getting drying and harder
Carbs have been around 700 from
Mostly chocolate and caramel rice cakes, oats , honey and cream of rice. Protein from beef chicken and wheyDid an upper pump session tonight.
Fluid is down to 3 litres (from 6) and salt down to 3 grinds per meal from 8
Tomorrow I should wake up dryer then keep check in with Chris and adjusting as he sees fit
He’s here at FIBO so he’s seeing me too. Which makes it even more fun

Last 2 days have been draaaaging. 247 right now. 300 carbs and extremely low on energy

I fly tomorrow Wednesday at 3 days out when Chris is starting to pull water and salt slightly
Thursday and Friday I think we carb up whilst pulling water more aggressively.
But as always will be monitoring the look consistently and taking it meal by meal

Delts today 5 exercises 2-3 sets each

Hey bud. I aim to fail within that rep range, but it’s to absolute form destroying failure so I can accumulate the volume I need , i pyramid up the weight but only if I have reps to play with. So if I’m failing at 10-11, I’ll keep weight the same, if I’m failing at 14-15 I will add weight -

Yesterday was rest day, woke up 251. Spent the day driving over to Mr O Samsons private gym opening which was very cool.
6 hours of driving the mustang across country in stunning weather and view. Bliss … was low low carb day 180g
Woke up 247 today so considering drop but look crazy
Good thing going into peak week number 2 on the flatter / drier side. Aceto will work his magic nicely from here
