Agree with Kuba. Start with what it says on the tub it’s always a great start point.
Then see how you get on

None, or The most minimal dose and shortest time you can get away with is always best with tren and other harsh compounds in my opinion. Some tolerate it more / longer but that doesn’t mean they need more.

248 today. High carb day going down well. Not very hungry so it’s a bit of effort to get the food in if I’m honest. Which is odd cos post show usually I’m starving lol

But i definitely prefer not having high food focus. Ever lol

Body starting to come back to life today, first set of pics that have look OK since I landed from Detroit 3 days ago

Leg day today. Felt very good!

So if I keep improving from here up till FIBO Germany, I should be on the money again.

Legs and abs
Laying curls 3 x 8-12
Seated curls 3 x 8-12
RDL 3 x 8-10
Leg press narrow 4 x 12-20
Leg press machine wide 4 x 10-20
Leg extensions 5 x 12-20

If you’re putting the effort in, then this training is fine IF your eating the right foods at the right amounts, sleeping enough, taking enough rest days, taking the right supplements and progressing your training …. It’s literally impossible to not grow. It’s basic biology. So something from my list above is missing if you’re not growing

Congrats Sas yesterday you were insane!!! How do you usually approuch Your rebound phase in terms of PEDS? Only test? Take care and Congrats again!

Thanks Luan : ) after a show if I don’t have another planned , my fav approach out of everything I’ve tried so is I like to come off everything for 4 weeks , no test no PCT, no gh etc etc , easy training and no forcing food. Then start with trt dose of test for 4-8 weeks, then start to slowly taper things back up.

Big Sas may you tell me whats your favorite cycle in off season?

Best of luck for your show! 💪💪💪

700-900 test , 300-400 eq , 5iu gh
Bro congrats for second place … your condition was extremely amazing…

Bro in all this you are 💯 % correct … higher test give you one other moods and feel better in this the the only trick is to keeps in good ratio and control the estrogen which this make it the eq and if the eq works and its good quality with only low dose 200-300-400 max per week gives you excellent results from the first week and side effects sure ( you must be in check with BP , and find solution to keep it In range if goes up ) but like it very very very good combo test :eq and in ratios 2:1 or such you tell up make a good cycle with very very good results

Bro you prefer it to use it 16-20 week max or can handle and more?

If you want to put and another compound In this cycle will be ok such 3th compound the mast e or primo ?? Mast e at 300-400mg same dose with eq will be a good ratio ?

Hgh 5iu ( every day or you prefer and only train days and raise more the dose )? Gh u prefer it to use it all dose at evening or night after 1 hour of last meal … would be good choice if make it split for example 2iu AM or pre workout or post workout ( if training is at morning after meal 1 ) together with low dose ghrp6 + second dose gh 3iu ( before bed , 1 hour after last meal )?
Length of cycle depends on my competition. I don’t like

Blasting and cruising I just taper up into a prep or drop down when I feel like I need a break

3rd compound maybe mast or primo. I don’t decide dosages I’ll start low and see

How it feels

Gh off season I don’t dl everyday. Maybe just training days every other day or Monday – Friday. I like all my gh before bed. I don’t like splitting.

I don’t if I’ve eaten or not I just take it before bed
Bro you have ever try eq and primo combo together ?? Until now have try only alone the primo or with mast .. and the eq or alone or now make it with mast e

You have every try eq + primo together ?? Believe that this two together will crash too much the estrogens and will drop the e2 very low
No I haven’t. I think you’re overthinking all of this mate. It’s not this complicated.

248 today 3 days post Detroit where I placed 2nd to William Bonac. I weight around 242-244 on show day

Back in prep today after a 2 days of travel and rest. Next goal is FIBO Germany in 11 days. Need to make sure I can get the right flights and hotel first but that’s our aim now

Back to about 450 carbs today

Did back, feel good considering the travel

Back and abs
Wide grip pull downs 3 x 8-12
Underhand pull overs 4 x 10-15
Single arm pull downs 4 x 8-12
Seated chest supported rows 3 x 8-12
Seated low row 4 x 8-12

Unbelievable look . The win is sure to come soon . Did u do much changes from your previous show during peak week ? And if so why

Thanks John. I’ve never looked at previous show peak weeks, I think that’s a bad way to go into current peak week cos every prep the is different so it makes zero sense to me. If anything it was similar but maybe more food / carbs
