    248 today 3 days post Detroit where I placed 2nd to William Bonac. I weight around 242-244 on show day

    Back in prep today after a 2 days of travel and rest. Next goal is FIBO Germany in 11 days. Need to make sure I can get the right flights and hotel first but that’s our aim now

    Back to about 450 carbs today

    Did back, feel good considering the travel

    Back and abs
    Wide grip pull downs 3 x 8-12
    Underhand pull overs 4 x 10-15
    Single arm pull downs 4 x 8-12
    Seated chest supported rows 3 x 8-12
    Seated low row 4 x 8-12
    Rope crunches 5 x 10-20

    Thanks John. I’ve never looked at previous show peak weeks, I think that’s a bad way to go into current peak week cos every prep the is different so it makes zero sense to me. If anything it was similar but maybe more food / carbs

    Bro in all this you are 💯 % correct … higher test give you one other moods and feel better in this the the only trick is to keeps in good ratio and control the estrogen which this make it the eq and if the eq works and its good quality with only low dose 200-300-400 max per week gives you excellent results from the first week and side effects sure ( you must be in check with BP , and find solution to keep it In range if goes up ) but like it very very very good combo test :eq and in ratios 2:1 or such you tell up make a good cycle with very very good results

    If you want to put and another compound In this cycle will be ok such 3th compound the mast e or primo ?? Mast e at 300-400mg same dose with eq will be a good ratio ?

    Length of cycle depends on my competition. I don’t like
    Blasting and cruising I just taper up into a prep or drop down when I feel like I need a break

    3rd compound maybe mast or primo. I don’t decide dosages I’ll start low and see
    How it feels

    Gh off season I don’t dl everyday. Maybe just training days every other day or Monday – Friday. I like all my gh before bed. I don’t like splitting.
    I don’t if I’ve eaten or not I just take it before bed

    Yo Sas, congrats dude. Your best look is ever no doubt. Honestly, I preferred your look to bonac, although I understand why they gave it to him, I don’t want to discredit his look either.

    Just wanted to congratulate you, good work man.

    I stay bigger fuller stronger and happier on high test. I don’t see the point in dropping it, I get super hard and dry either way but high = better fulness for me and way better mood + libido + joint health etc.

    So 1 day out. Weight 245 and holding this weight whilst drying out

    Carbs and fluid the been (tomorrow is Saturday)
    Sunday 300c , 6 litres
    Monday 300 , 6 litres
    Tuesday 300 , 6 litres
    Wednesday 300 , 3.5 litres
    Thursday 7/800 , 3 litres
    Friday 7-800, 2 litres

    No added sodium but been having 40-40 chocolate or caramel rice cakes , 10 aches each, on top of oats , cream of rice, honey, beef, chicken and whey

    Trained for a light pump upper body + hamstrings and calves every day apart from weds when I flew to the USA

    I’m ready as I’ll every be

    248 today so down 2 lbs. 4 days out

    Same plan as yesterday. 300 carbs. No cardio. No t3, trained delts

    Mad busy trying to get everything ready so I can get to the the airport 3am early hours so not much else to report

    Through the flight and When I land, it’s same plan as today just moving my pre meal

    249.6 today so down a touch . 5 days out

    Carbs are lower now dropped to around 300g. Most of it before training so with meal 1

    I can see skin getting thinner and tighter as the day goes.

    Today pics look crazy

    So 300 crash, no cardio, no t3

    Water and salt are the same. 6-8 litres fluid daily . 8 crank salt per meal

    Chest day today. Volume maybe a touch lower but still heavy and still to failure since I feel super fresh still

    Chest and calves
    Toe press for calves 6 x 10-20
    Flat barbel bench 3 x 8-12
    Incline db press 3 x 12-15
    Flat seated press 3 x 6-10
    Seated pec dec 3 x 10-12
    Cable fly 3 x 10-15

    Arm day yesterday at 7 days out was great. Still training hard feeling strong and big

    Weight was 251.3 yesterday

    Today it’s 250.6 at 6 days out

    So we are in “peak week” I guess

    Will post diet and cycle in the next post to keep you all updated

    No t3
    No cardio
    Decent amount of food.

    Back day today. So I let Chris tell next days plan once I’ve sent post workout pics. He wants me to train today so we keep going

    When I do leg extensions my knee swells up and I literally can walk the next day . I had a ruptured patella that was sown back on but the extensions just seems to irritate it to no end . I’d hate to eliminate them but it’s getting to that point . I have a big pain tolerance ( former powerlifter ) but this is like debilitating . [/quote]
    Anything that causes knee to swell up I’d suggest you avoid fully. Some pain can worked around but swelling isn’t good at all and I’m not very clued up on this to be able to give you advice with full confidence. If different variations of pressing doesn’t cause this issue then I’d suggest you just stick with those whether it’s machine , bar work etc. you don’t need leg extensive to build big quads

    So as Chris predicted to me yesterday after I asked him why he changed his mind about the refeed instead of a low day. He said I’ll be 247 today which he doesn’t want me going lower then, and he was right

    237.5 today and a new level if conditioning

    Crisper. Drier. Sharper. Harder. Way harder today

    High calorie day going down easy. I’m not starving for it, but it’s helping the energy levels a bit.

    So 1000g carbs today.

    550g tomorrow.

    Taking it day by day now and just letting Chris fly the plane

    Decent delts session today. Felt strong big and pumped.

    Nearly peak week!
