Definitely go my feel. One thing I’ve focus on a bit is hydration. Sometimes if I feel a bit tired from a rough sleep, I boost my electroyes / fluid sky high and feel better quite fast. The JP one is awesome

2 days out today , landed in Spain
Last night so this is my first full day.Woke up 242, quite dry and hard but flat. Very very tired so taking today off from training and just letting the food fill me up.
Hitting around 700 carbs today. 5 litres fluid. 1g salt per meal. No diuretics.I’ve got the athletes meeting tonight. Will try get a nice early night after all my emails then hit a gym tomorrow after meal 1.
Show day is Sunday. Im still excited to
Compete again even with it being my 6th show… and especially now being the Olympia qualified guy in the line up of 12 open pros… that’s a cool feeling! But im honestly now glad to finish this run. I’m ready to switch my mindset back to a more relaxed state, at least for a few days. Spend some time with my Mrs and my boys, and my dog!
But I’m also looking forward to a nice solid rebound to try make a few improvements / fill back out for the Olympia prep.. man that still doesn’t sound real!! Hahah

So we got that win! Was a crazy few days. I’ve been so busy with travel and work etc as well as getting ready for the Spain pep show in 4 days that I’ve not really had any time to let it all sink in
Still doesn’t feel real. But it feels right !
Anyway 4 days out from my last show before the Olympia.
255.5 today. Had a 1000g carb day yesterday
Fluid and salt are high
No diuretics for now
I fly out to Spain tomorrow
Did push yesterday. Pull today. 1-2 work sets only 1-2 movements for everything

Sorry for lack of updates guys! Been a mad week. Stuck in transit on the way to Canada , a 4 hour lay over in New York turned into 20 hours
But here now and 2 day out. Weighing 240.
I am very messed with the look. I feel like
I have tue fulness or New York but condition of FIBO / Detroit.5th Show tomorrow and still feel great
Fluid has stayed high 7-8 litres daily . Salt has stayed high 2g per meal.
Cards moderate 500-600. Protein at 200.12.5 aldactone Tuesday. 12.5 Friday (yesterday) that’s it.
Body is just cruising in happily
Today I trained full body. Including legs. Quite hard 1-2 work sets per body part
Feel great

5 days out – 244 lbs. So down 4 lbs from yesterday and looked much tighter drier and actually fuller too
Decided to run push pull and some legs no till my last show to just try keep things full and big without overdoing the inter- session volume
So volume is right down to 1 or 2 work sets per movement and less movements overall too
Feels really good I’m actually enjoying it a lot just focusing on one set. It’s fun even though I’m going crazy with weight
Might even run this into my rebound : D I can see it working well
Carbs today 150
Fluid 10 litres, salt 2g every meal so 10g todayPush
Calves standing raises 2 x 12-20
Inc machine press 1 x 10
Flat machine press 1 x 8
Decline pec dec 1 x 12
Straight bar tri push downs 2 x 8-12
Cable extensions 1 x 12
Side lateral machine 2 x 10-15 -
6 days out. 248 lbs So weight and fulness back up to what it was before FIBO and Detroit with slightly sharper conditioning which is great
Todays macros – 350p 370c 60/70f
Tomorrow- 350p 150c 60-70f
Water 9-10 litres. Salt 2g per meal m
Starting to deplete now which will dry me out quite fast I’m assuming

Knowing that each case is a case and decisions in the final week are according to the physicist’s response, in which cases do you like to use aldactone? Considering that it is a compound that needs to starts earlier, for example, what you look at and analyze in the physical to make the decision to enter with it…If there’s scope to be drier, I add a small dose and see what it does. If I dry out without flattening , can maybe add more, if start to flatten then I stop. IF the look is perfectly dry and hard, there’s essentially no need BUT knowing my physique and knowing i can use a little diuretic without ruining hurting the overall look then the risk is with it. But generally I think achieving the perfect or close to perfect look without diuretics is always a better option
But needs to be added earlier right? About 4-3 days out, how you know if it’s just time needed to dry out or really gonna need this addictive?
It’s hard to answer that because everyone is different. Some people can’t take aldactone as it flattens them. Some can take a lot. Some can only use diazide rhe day beofre a show: some can use both.
Some need to start aldactone 1 week out. Some only take it the last 2 days. Some can’t / shouldn’t take diuretics at all. Or don’t need them
So it’s impossible for me to give an answer sorry
